In recent years,the issue of teachers' well-being has attracted the attention of different professions.Scholars pay more and more attention to the study of primary school teachers' subjective well-being.The primary school stage is the key period for the formation and development of students' character,and also the golden period for the healthy development of their body and mind.Therefore,primary school teachers' ideas,interpersonal work environment and mental health will have an important impact on their physical and mental development and behavior habits.The subjective well-being of primary school teachers and harmonious interpersonal relationship will also directly affect the growth and development of students.On the basis of previous studies,this study will explore the role of psychological capital in the interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being of primary school teachers.Therefore,it is of great social value to study the psychological capital of primary school teachers.In this study,we hypothesized that psychological capital can mediate the relationship between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being.In this study,340 primary school teachers were selected as the research tools,including IRIDS,MHQ and Wang Siyang's psychological capital questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis were used to analyze the data and the results were as follows:(1)Primary School Teachers scored higher in interpersonal relationship and had less troubles;there was no differe nce in the total score of interpersonal relationship and each dimension in Gender;There is a significant difference in salary,the higher salary,the less interpersonal disturbance;there is a significant difference in length of teaching experience,among which,there is no difference only in the dimension of communication and making friends,and there are significant differences in other dimensions,there were significant differences in whether they were married or not.The level of interpersonal relationship of married primary school teachers was significantly higher than that of unmarried teachers,indicating that married teachers were less troubled.(2)The overall level of psychological capital of primary school teachers is medium to low;there are no differences in psychological capital and its dimensions in terms of gender;there are differences in academic qualifications,among which only the dimension of teaching efficacy is not different,and the other dimensions are all different,the higher the educational background,the higher the level of psychological capital,and the higher the salary,the higher the level of psychological capital There are significant differences in the length of teaching experience,the longer the working years of primary school teachers,the higher the level of psychological capital,and in whether or not they marry,there are significant differences in psychological capital and its various dimensions,the level of psychological capital of married primary school teachers is higher than that of unmarried primary school teachers.(3)The general level of subjective well-being of primary school teachers is lower than middle level,there is no difference in gender,there is significant difference in the level of educational background,the subjective well-being of primary school teachers with high educational background is obviously higher than that of primary school teachers with low educational background There were significant differences in the dimensions of comprehensive well-being,personality growth,Self-worth,friendly relationship and positive emotion.The higher the salary,the higher the subjective well-being The subjective well-being of primary school teachers with long working years was significantly higher than that of primary school teachers with short working years,the subjective well-being of married primary school teachers was significantly higher than that of unmarried primary school teachers.(4)There are two positive correlations among interpersonal relat ionship,psychological capital and subjective well-being of primary school teachers.Among them,interpersonal relationship can directly predict subjective well-being,interpersonal relationship can predict psychological capital,psychological capital can predict subjective wel-being.(5)Psychological capital plays an intermediary role between interpersonal relationship and subjective wel-being of primary school teachers.To sum up,we can draw the conclusion that there are two positive correlations among interpersonal relationship,psychological capital and subjective well-being of primary school teachers,and psychological capital plays a part intermediary role between interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being.From the data analysis of this study,we can find that the primary school teachers' harmonious interpersonal relationship,communication ability and psychological capital level can provide theoretical reference for the research of enhancing their subjective wel-being.
