Study On Effect Of Parenting Style And Psychological Capital On Medical Graduates' Subjective Well-being

Objective Understanding the situation of medical students' subjective well-being,analyzing family upbringing,psychological capital on the impact of subjective well-being of medical students,and validating psychological capital in mediating role between family upbringing and subjective well-being.Puting forward reasonable proposals to improve the medical students' subjective well-being.Methods 1)Literature research.Refer to CNKI and so on database,to master relevant information.2)Questionnaire survey.Extract medical students from a university in Hebei Province as the investigation object.Survey tools include three.Then analyzing data by SPSS17.0.Results GWB(79.09)of the medical colleges is at a higher level,the difference in GWB was significant among students from difference residences.Happiness levels of town students higher than those in rural.Overall level of psychological capital(121.90)and the mean of each dimension are above the medium level.Psychological capital in gender,student cadres,origin and other variables,the difference was statistically significant.Certain factors of parenting pattern in the land of gender,origin and whether one-child,the difference was statistically significant.The subjective well-being of medical students was positive related to psychological capital and family parenting pattern.Psychological capital plays a part intermediary role between family parenting pattern and subjective well-being.The interview shows that the influence factors of subjective well-being of medical students are psychological capital and parenting pattern,learning,interpersonal interaction.Conclusions Gender,students,learning,and so on have different effects on subjective well-being of medical students.Psychological capital and parenting pattern are the influence factors of subjective well-being.Psychological capital is the intermediary variable of medical students' parenting pattern and subjective well-being,parenting pattern and subjective well-being through indirect effects of psychological capital.Advice:Schools and medical students personal should attach importance of psychological capital,parents should take a reasonable way,effort to create a harmonious atmosphere.
