Study On The Ideological And Political Education Following The Growing Law Of College Students

The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.As the main position of Ideological and political education,colleges and universities take on the educational goal of Building Morality and cultivating people,which has received unprecedented attention.As the main object of Ideological and political education,the growth law of college students will play a particularly important role in the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.With the establishment of the basic task of moral education in Colleges and universities,how to follow the law of College Students' growth and innovate the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has become an urgent problem to be solved and a topic to be studied in the theoretical field.The growth law of college students is defined as a series of characteristics related to the development of college students in the process of growth.These characteristics may appear repeatedly,and there is a certain relationship between the characteristics.In this paper,the growth law of college students is summarized into four laws,namely,the law of psychological maturity of college students,the law of learning adaptation of college students,the law of ideological change of college students,and the law of comprehensive quality development of college students.Through a sample survey of 1070 college students and an interview with 12 college teachers,it is found that the current college students follow certain rules and show certain characteristics in the growth process.Through the analysis of the laws and characteristics,this paper grasps the current situation of the growth of college students,and finds out the shortcomings of the ideological and political education of college students,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the ideological and political education of college students has not really grasped the growth laws of College Students,the ideological and political theory course of college students has not really completed the course of "let students really like",and the ideological and political education of college students has not really formed The general pattern of "three complete education" and the potential function of new media have not been brought into full play in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The above four aspects are insufficient,which leads to the lack of grasp of the law of psychological maturity,the law of ideological change,the law of learning adaptation and the law of comprehensive quality development of college students.Then explore the causes of the problems,mainly for the lack of regular research investment in the ideological and political education of college students,the lack of attention to the reform and innovation of the ideological and political theory course,the imperfection of the ideological and political education mechanism of college students,and the impact of the social environment at home and abroad.Finally,in view of the above problems,it is proposed that the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities must follow the growth law of college students,and explore the path choice of Ideological and political education for the junior and senior college students in different development stages from four aspects of psychological maturity,learning adaptation,ideological change and comprehensive quality development.
