| Physical exercise is an indispensable part of people’s daily life.The construction of A gymnasium project not only makes up for the lack of large stadiums in the local area,meets the fitness needs of the local people,but also greatly promotes the investment and construction of local infrastructure,transportation and other supporting facilities,and drives the huge consumer demand of the urban culture and sports industry.However,the construction of large-scale engineering investment projects has the characteristics of capital intensive,long construction period and many participating units,so there must be many risk factors in the process of promotion.The outbreak of these hidden dangers will affect the achievement of the overall goal of the project.Therefore,based on the whole life cycle theory,strengthening the research on the whole-process risk management of A gymnasium projects can not only help to optimize the risk management of the project,but also provide certain prevention and control ideas for the risk control of similar large-scale construction projects.The research in this paper has the following aspects.First,through inquiry and reading some relevant literature and materials,analyzing and sorting out the theoretical results with reference significance.The second is the whole life cycle of A gymnasium project is divided into four stages: decision-making and project stage,design and bidding stage,construction and acceptance stage and operation management stage.The very important and urgent project risk factors for A gymnasium project are selected through the Delphi method.Three is through the use of hierarchical analysis,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the A gymnasium project overall and each stage risk factors risk level evaluation,analysis of the overall risk level of the project is "big",decision project stage risk level is "small" level,the rest of the design and bidding stage,operation management stage risk level is "bigger",construction and acceptance stage of risk level is "big".Therefore,from the project design and bidding stage,we should further strengthen the project risk prevention and supervision work.Fourth,according to the risk level of the risk factors in all links of the whole life cycle of the A gymnasium project,formulate countermeasures for the project risk factors with "large" and "large" risk levels,and construct the risk monitoring process of the project. |
