Classroom management is an important factor affecting the teaching effect,as well as in international Chinese teaching for children.Due to the age characteristics of teaching objects,children's Chinese teaching is more prone to classroom management problems.How to manage children's Chinese class effectively is a problem that many teachers have to think about.Taking Sofia 101 School "Bacho Kiro" as an example,the author studies the classroom management of children's Chinese in Bulgaria through case analysis.This paper consists of five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,expounds the significance of the topic,research ideas,research methods and summarizes the previous studies on classroom management.The second chapter introduces the Chinese curriculum of Sofia 101 School "Bacho Kiro" from four aspects:the general situation of the school,the Chinese curriculum,the Chinese teaching materials,the Chinese teachers and the teaching mode,and analyzes the Chinese classroom management cases of children from many angles by means of case background,case description,case analysis and case reflection.The third chapter explores the causes of Chinese classroom management problems in children from the four perspectives of culture,students,teachers and schools,based on case analysis,interviews with relevant teachers and questionnaires of Bulgarian children's Chinese teachers.Chapter 4 gives some suggestions on classroom management of Chinese for children from the aspects of teachers,schools,Han-ban and Confucius Institute of Sofia.The"teachers" includes taking the initiative to learn Bulgarian,strengthening their own classroom management ability,paying attention to teaching content,strengthening communication with schools and paying attention to the differences in educational concepts between China and Bulgaria;"the school" includes improving teaching mode and improving teaching facilities;"the Han-ban and Confucius Institute of Sofia" includes sending more public teachers,strengthening pre-job language training and establishing teaching site files.In the fifth chapter,the conclusion summarizes the content of the paper and reflects on the shortcomings of this paper,hoping to give international Chinese teachers some inspiration in the classroom management of children's Chinese.
