In the 21 st century,China has entered a deeply aging society.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,the number of elderly people in Gansu Province has exceeded one million,and the number of elderly people in Lanzhou is the highest in the province.With the increasing development of society,the people's economic living standards continue to improve,and the health problems of the elderly have gradually been put on the agenda.There are many experts and scholars in China who study the health problems of the elderly.Level research is also one of the hot researches in the sports field.Therefore,some elderly people in the three counties of the six districts of Lanzhou City are surveyed and measured in this paper.Based on field surveys of the elderly's physical exercise methods and the measures of various indicators of healthy fitness,this paper analyzes the different physical exercise methods and health of the elderly.The relationship between physical fitness and the obtained results can provide some suggestions for promoting the health of the elderly and improving their quality of life in old age.In this paper,relevant research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,test method,and mathematical statistics method are used to investigate the effective sample number of elderly people who have regular exercise habits in the communities of six districts and three counties of Lanzhou City(185 females),and measured their fitness and fitness indicators based on the data,analyzed the characteristics and differences of health and fitness indicators of the elderly under different physical exercise methods,and further,using the optimal scale regression method to analyze the elderly.The degree of influence of people's physical exercise on various dimensions of healthy fitness provides a scientific theoretical basis for improving the healthy fitness level of the elderly in Lanzhou.Research indicates:First,the proportion of elderly people in Lanzhou who have regular physical exercise habits is higher than the proportion of people who do not have regular physical exercise habits.Among those who have regular physical exercise habits,it is manifested as a medium to high exercise frequency,medium to high exercise duration,and low exercise intensity.The proportion of people with an exercise period of “one year and above” exceeds 80%.For the exercise form,men were more likely to exercise alone,while women were more likely to exercise with partners;the exerciseplaces are mainly in parks and in squares;the exercise programs are mostly slow walk and square dance;the proportion of people who do not warm up before exercise exceeds 70 %.Second,this paper analyzes the differences in healthy fitness of the elderly from different physical exercise methods.The higher exercise frequency,duration,and intensity level,the better cardiopulmonary fitness of the elderly,the better the muscle strength and flexibility of the upper and lower limbs,the better balance and sensitivity they are.The longer exercise period,the better cardiopulmonary fitness,strength of the upper limbs muscle endurance,balance,sensitivity and fitness,and BMI index they are.Older people's upper limb muscle strength,flexibility of the upper and lower limbs,balance and sensitivity are better than exercise alone;cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle strength and endurance of upper limbs and lower limbs are better in elderly people who participate in “Square”;cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle strength,balance and sensitivity of older people who participate in “ball games” are better.Old people's lower limbs have better flexibility and flexibility;older people have warm-up habits before exercise,their muscle strength,endurance,flexibility and fitness,balance and sensitivity are better than those without warm-up habits.Third,this paper uses the optimal scale regression method to analyze the effect of physical exercise on the fitness of the elderly.The important degree of the effect of physical exercise methods on cardiopulmonary fitness of the elderly is as follows:exercise intensity> exercise duration> exercise items.The importance of the physical exercise methods of the elderly on the muscle fitness and flexibility of the upper and lower limbs is as follows: exercise intensity> years of exercise> exercise items>warm-up before exercise.The important degree of the effect of physical exercise methods on the balance and sensitivity of the elderly is: exercise intensity> exercise items> exercise frequency.The important degree of the effect of physical exercise methods on the body composition of the elderly is as follows: exercise years>exercise intensity> exercise items.Based on the above results,suggestions for promoting the healthy fitness of the elderly in Lanzhou are:On the one hand,local sports departments should increase investment to build rich sports facilities,to expand sports promotion,to train social sports instructors,to guide more seniors to develop regular physical exercise habits,and to establish scientific and reasonable concepts of physical fitness,such as the elderly in Lanzhou during theexercise,publicity can be used to increase exercise intensity appropriately,develop awareness of preparatory activities before physical exercise,and improve the efficiency of physical exercise for the elderly.On the other hand,Lanzhou seniors improve their health and fitness by choosing appropriate physical exercise programs to ensure that they have the appropriate intensity during the exercise,adhere to the exercise duration of 60 minutes and above if conditions permit,and insist on participating in the exercise frequency at least 5times a week And above,at the same time develop the habit of long-term exercise,and form the concept of warm-up activities before each physical exercise,improve the quality of life of the elderly in old age,promote physical and mental health,and enrich the cultural life of the elderly.
