Objective: This study based on the implementation of juvenile obesityintervention of the aerobic exercise, aerobic exercise on obese adolescents on healthrelated physical fitness, for the prevention of obesity disease provide a further studyof the theory and practice of information. Methods: This study with6013~18years old children as the object of study, weselected30obese adolescents as experiment group, selecting30of overweight/obesechildren as a control group. The experimental group performed12weeks of aerobicexercise training, studies of the effects of aerobic exercise on the subjects of healthfitness indicators effect. The measured data by using Spss14.0software formathematical statistics analysis, the experimental group subjects before and after theexperiment the indicators and indicators were compared with control group, andconsidering the subjects in the experimental group were trained and their indexeschange (P>0.05), with no significant difference (P,<0.05) for the significantdifference (P <0.01), is a very significant difference. Results: through the12week aerobic exercise program, the experimental groupsubjects fitness indicators’ changes are as follows:Body composition. The experimental group and the control group, bodycomposition, circumference of each index contrast, except height than the other five(weight, waist, hips, waist hip ratio, BMI) index has a very significant difference (P<0.01), and the contrast experiments were decreased significantly. The subjects in theexperimental group were height had no significant change (P>0.05); theexperimental group subjects’ weight, waist, hips are decreased, have a very significantdifference (P <0.01); the subjects in the experimental group were BMI, waist to hipratio also decreased, with a significant difference (P <0.05).Cardiorespiratory endurance. The experimental group subjects before and afterthe experiment the quiet heart rate compared to the control group showed nosignificant difference (P>0.05); before and after the experiment step index showedno significant increase (P>0.05), remained lower than the control group withsignificant difference (P <0.05); vital capacity compared with the control group byexperiments in front of no significant differences between higher than the controlgroup, the same-sex comparison boys higher than those in control group withsignificant difference (P <0.05), no significant differences in girls. The subjects inthe experimental group were compared before and after the test itself resting heart rate, step index showed no significant change (P>0.05); vital capacity increased, the boyshad significant difference (P <0.05), no obvious changes of girls. Muscular fitness. The experimental group subjects after experimental musclestrength is higher than that of the control group, the same-sex comparison boys weresignificantly different (P <0.05), girl group no difference (P>0.05). The subjects inthe experimental group were compared before and after the experiment the strengthfitness increase, the boys were significantly different (P <0.05), girl group withoutsignificantly improved. The experimental group subjects after experimental muscleendurance fitness itself rises somewhat, male, female students have significantdifference (P <0.05), but with the same sex compared to control groups remainedlower than the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01).Flexibility and balance ability. The experimental group subjects afterexperimental flexibility fitness itself rises somewhat, boys were significantlyincreased (P <0.05), girl group with a very significant increase (P <0.01), same-sexcomparison, boys with controls from experiments in front of a very significantdifference (P <0.01) increased to significant differences (P <0.05), girls as comparedwith the control group had no significant difference. The subjects in the experimentalgroup were male, schoolgirl after experimental balance fitness itself rises somewhat, with significant difference (P <0.05), although still lower than that of control group, but already by before the experiment is significantly different to have no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion: in this study,1, aerobic exercise on obese juvenile weight, BMI, waist, hips, waist to hip ratio reduction has asignificant effect, suggests that aerobic exercise on body weight control, prevention of obesitydiseases have an important role in.2, aerobic exercise can improve the obese adolescents spirometry, less time for obese olderphysical activity provides important guarantee conditions.3, aerobic exercise can improve the obese juvenile muscular fitness, prolong the muscles tomaintain a fixed force state of lasting time, prevent muscle fatigue caused by physical pain, maintain good muscular strength and endurance, which contributes to the promotion of health, prevention of injuries.4, aerobic exercise can improve the obese adolescents flexibility fitness and balance force fitness, stretching the ligaments, promote blood circulation, strengthen the body flexibility, balance forcefitness enhancement can also focus attention, enhance memory, improve physical fitness.5, the obese adolescents fitness status than overweight/obese juvenile. After12weeks of aerobicexercise training, improve the obese adolescents health fitness level, improve the obeseadolescents health status, reduced obese juvenile obesity disease risk, as the heavy learning tasksand create a good physical condition.
