In 2017,the “Standards for Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum(2017Edition)”emphasizes that students 'good learning attitude is a necessary condition for the formation and development of students' mathematical literacy.The three-dimensional goal in instructional design also shows that teachers should pay attention to students' mastery of mathematical knowledge and skills while also paying attention to their emotional attitudes and values.It can be seen that it is particularly urgent to pay attention to students' attitude towards mathematics learning.At the same time,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly stated that the fundamental task of "building people with moral character" must be fully implemented,and the key to cultivating qualified socialist successors and high-quality talents lies in teachers,so teachers must have their own outstanding personalities and moral qualities to influence and shape the formation of students' health and excellent personality.In addition,“The Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)”also proposed the word “charm” at the level of national documents,emphasizing that “teachers should infect students with personality charm and intellectual charm,and be the mentor and guide for the healthy growth of students.”From this we can see that the charisma of teachers plays a vital role in the healthy growth and development of students.Only when teachers have good personalities and correct political consciousness,world outlook and values can cultivate and shape students' excellent personalities,and be helpful to the progress of society and the development of the country.As the saying goes: "Attitude is everything." High school students belong to the stage of youth development.Students at this stage are not yet fully mature,and their understanding and attitude towards things have not yet reached a stable state.Therefore,whether it is the lifelong development of students or high school learning,it is very important for teachers to use their own personality charm to cultivate students' personality and affect their attitude to learning.The survey found that the personality charm of teachers' moral qualities,academicabilities,temperament,and quality of will is the main source of power to attract students to learn.Based on the above background and reasons,this article combines the main factors that affect students' attitudes towards mathematics learning,strategies to improve students' attitudes towards mathematics learning,and the powerful function of teachers' personality charm.Explore the theory and practice that teachers use their personality charm to affect students' mathematics learning attitude,and understand the specific aspects of teachers' personality charm affecting students' mathematics learning attitude through case analysis.In terms of theoretical research,on the basis of collating the literature on related learning attitude theory and teacher personality charm theory,the author explores the strategies of teacher personality charm to improve students' mathematics learning attitude from three aspects through theoretical speculation and previous experience summaries.In terms of practical research,questionnaire surveys and educational experimental researches are mainly used.The first is to continuously test the modified scale to ensure that the scale can have a relatively good reliability and validity.Secondly,through questionnaires,learn whether students 'mathematics learning is affected by teachers,and learn about the types of teachers and teaching styles that students like.Finally,teachers consciously shape and display the teachers' own charm in educational experiments,so as to obtain the experimental results of teacher personality charm affecting students' learning attitude level,and continuously improve the strategies to enhance students' learning attitude level.In the case study,it is mainly carried out by means of case interview method and case analysis method,in order to further analyze and draw out the specific aspects of teachers' personality charm affecting students' mathematical learning attitude level.After bold practice and analysis of case studies,the following research conclusions are drawn: First,teachers are one of the important factors affecting high school students' learning mathematics.Second,the personality charm of teachers significantly affects students' attitudes towards mathematics learning.Thirdly,the influence of teacher's personality charm on students' attitudes towards mathematics learning is not only reflected in the classroom,but also in all aspects of the teacher-student contact.Teachers are responsible for their work,have a solid professionalism,and education and teaching ability,sincere communication and interaction,warm loving care and encouragement,patient and meticulous guidance and sunny warm smile,etc,are all factors that affect the changes in students' attitudes towards learning.Based on the previous research results,this paper conducts practical research and case studies of teachers' personality charm affecting students' attitudes towards mathematics learning,and provides references for future related theories and practices and case studies.However,due to the limitation of research conditions,the research results have certainlimitations.In the future,it is necessary to further explore and study the relevant learning attitudes and teachers' personality charm theory and practice them,and gradually improve the case studies of teacher personality charm affecting students' mathematics learning attitude,form a systematic strategy to improve students' attitude to learning attitude,and draw the specific aspects of teacher personality charm that affect the level of students' learning attitudes.
