“Learning difficulties” is a large group that must be faced in the current teaching,which seriously restricts the improvement of classroom teaching efficiency.How to improve their interest in learning and improve their academic performance is a teaching task which needs to be solved urgently.At the same time,the balanced development of every student is the bounden duty of every teacher,and is also the expectation of parents and society.Most of the studies on students with learning difficulties are at the stage of compulsory education,while the research on mathematics poor students in rural senior high schools is less.From teaching practice,it is found that students in teaching schools are generally less interested in mathematics.Students are not good at thinking,and the ability to solve problems is low.Teachers' enthusiasm for learning mathematics is not high.Teachers in order to catch up with the progress of teaching also neglect the cultivation of learning interest of students with learning difficulties,and the teaching efficiency is also restricted.It is imminent to improve the interest of mathematics learning for students with learning difficulties.In this paper,through literature and questionnaire survey,we conducted a questionnaire survey on500 students with learning difficulties in third senior middle schools in Xihua County,and analyzed the findings.It is concluded that the main factors that affect the learning interest of students with learning difficulties are: lack of good learning habits and learning methods,lack of firm learning willpower,inappropriate teaching management and teaching methods,and poor learning environment in schools and classes.Then,based on the reasons,combined with relevant theoretical systems,we refer to the transformation cases of outstanding students with learning difficulties at home and abroad.The transformation strategy of "low learning interest of poor students" is put forward for third senior middle schools in Xihua county.Aspect of learning difficulty students: To establish a sound learning attitude,it is also necessary to guide students with disabilities to explore appropriate learning habits and learning methods,and finally to temper the will of the students with learning difficulties to allow them to overcome their weak will and improve mathematics learning interest and achievements.Aspect of teachers: Teachers should improve their professional quality.In classroom teaching,fully consider the needs of students with learning difficulties,set up contexts,and introduce new lessons;learn autonomously and show results;guide questions and teach new lessons;on-site training and learning putting it to work;summarizing and evaluating the effect.Teachers also need to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,care for students with learning difficulties,help students with learning to attribute attribution properly,give students with learning difficulties multiple evaluations,and let them regain their mathematics confidence and interest.Aspect of environment: The school should strive to build good campus cultural environment,and create a scholarly campus for students with learning difficulties.Teachers should establish and maintain class order,create a good work style,and create a good learning atmosphere for students with learning difficulties.Parents also need to focus on the construction of the family environment,less criticism,more communication,and diligent communication.Together we must build a healthy growth platform for students with learning difficulties.At the end of this article,I summarized and looked forward to the problems in the research.I believe that in the near future,students with difficulties in mathematics will devote themselves to mathematics learning with their active learning enthusiasm and interest. |
