| With the continuous development of China's economy,the speed of information dissemination is increasing,and the social competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As one of the ten social needs major,secretary major plays an important role in coordinating the comprehensive management of leading cadres at all levels,establishing the corporate image,and communicating the relationship between all parties.Secondary vocational schools shoulder the responsibility of providing high-quality secretarial talents for small and medium-sized enterprises.As the core of school education,classroom teaching plays an important role in improving the quality of students' training.However,at present,the teaching of secretary major in secondary vocational school is faced with such problems as the low enthusiasm of students and the randomness of teachers' classroom teaching.Therefore,the author explores the current situation of the effectiveness of classroom teaching of secretary major in Y-school through the measurement standard of effective teaching,and tries to put forward specific suggestions and measures to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of secretary major in secondary vocational school.This study focuses on the classroom teaching of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,and threats teachers and students as the research objects.First of all,on the basis of understanding the previous researches on the connotation,influencing factors and standards of classroom teaching effectiveness,combining with the teaching standards of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools,the teaching mode of "teaching while doing" and “doing while teaching ”,and the teaching concept of "taking teachers as the leading role” and “students as the main body",to summarizes the "effective" and "invalid" behaviors and standards in classroom teaching of secretarial major.According to the standard,we designed the "outline of teacher interview" and "questionnaire on the effectiveness of classroom teaching of secretary major in secondary vocational school",and carried out research in the first,second and third grade students of secretary major in Y-school.Then,using SPSS to analyze 195 data which obtained from the empirical survey,through descriptive analysis to understand the general situation of teachers' classroom teaching and students' learning effect in Y-school;through variance analysis to study the differences of teachers' classroom teaching and students' learning effect in gender and grade;through correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the relationship between teachers' classroom teaching and students' learning effect.The results show that,the effect of teachers' classroom teaching and students' classroom learning is average,which can basically achieve effective teaching,but it needs to be further improved.There is a linear correlation between all dimensions of teachers' classroom teaching and students' learning effect,teaching ability,teaching organization and management,teaching evaluation all have a significant impact on students' classroom participation.In terms of students' learning effect,teaching content,teaching ability,teaching organization and management,and teaching evaluation all have significant effects on students' learning effect.At the end of this study,from the teaching preparation stage,teaching implementation stage and teaching evaluation stage,we put forward some practical suggestions and measures to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of secretary major in Y-school. |
