other research methods on the campus football public service system and supply model Analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The current Shandong Province promotes the popularity of campus football from point to area,and will select the campus football school as the focus,and follow the "competition and teacher training" traditional model to develop campus football.In the system selection criteria,we pay too much attention to the school category and ignore the regional distribution,resulting in the regional distribution of campus football is uneven,rural areas,the proportion of schools with a small proportion of soccer schools.(2)The development of campus soccer public service in Shandong province is still in the stage of exploration.There are many shortcomings in the supply side of campus football service,including the supply mode,the basic supply of government directly,little government purchase and social force participation;The scope of supply is limited,only the campus football school in Shandong Province as the basic object of supply,the project to teacher training and event organization,and in the professional teachers,site quality and quantity of service supply there are different degrees of short board,Including the shortage of professional teachers,the limited number of football venues,the size and type of football field is not professional and other issues.(3)On the basis of guaranteeing the direct supply mode of the government,the author puts forward the application of the competitive bidding,the directional entrustment,the government subsidy and the voucher system in the provision of the campus football public service supply,Government purchase model to improve and improve the level of government procurement of public services.(4)To expand the scope of the campus football public service supply,to achieve the diversification of supply subject,should be properly handled by the government and the market,the relationship between
