Nowadays,with the progress of society,people not only pay attention to their physical health but also to their mental health.At the same time,psychological problems are increasing.Among them,loneliness is an important factor that affects people's mental health,especially the impact on school students.Some studies have shown that more than 80% of college students have loneliness problems.The postgraduate group is divided according to Eriksson's stage of life development.It belongs to the stage of "gaining intimacy and overcoming loneliness" with college students.It can be seen that there is also a problem of loneliness in graduate students.300 points of the UCLA Loneliness Scale questionnaire were distributed to a normal university in Dalian,of which 278 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 92.7%.After scoring statistics,the top 27% and the last 27% were selected30 graduate students were randomly selected as research subjects to make the initial sandbox.Then,from the high group of subjects,8 subjects who were willing to cooperate and had time were selected,4 of them were male and female,and the time series design in the quasi-experimental design was used to study the intervention of the group integrated sand table game.Finally,the following conclusions were reached:(1)In the initial sand table,the total amount of characters,plants,furniture,life,and sand used by the master students with high loneliness is significantly lower than that of the master students with low loneliness.(2)The loneliness topics of the high-loneliness master students in the initial sand table are obviously more than the "split","empty",and "attack" aspects than the low loneliness master students.(3)High loneliness postgraduate students appear less likely to be cured in the initial sandplay.(4)During the initial sand table production process of high loneliness master students,the appearance of self-image is significantly less than that of low loneliness master students.(5)Compared with the low loneliness master students in the process of making the initial sand table,the high loneliness master students have less moving sand and moving sand,and there is no significant difference in the number of sand tools returned.(6)The integrated sand table game has a good intervention effect on loneliness of postgraduates in general normal universities.
