This paper mainly discusses the methods and techniques of film and television resources to assist the teaching of narrative works in high school Chinese textbooks.This paper holds that according to the characteristics of students,texts and film and television resources,selecting reasonable and effective means to assist the teaching of film and television resources can improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching and enrich the means of Chinese teaching.The characteristics of the visual culture era,the position of visual thinking in students' learning and its cognitive law provide a solid foundation for the auxiliary teaching of film and television resources.The teaching of narrative works by film and television resources mainly includes stimulating students' interest through visual stimulation,guiding extracurricular reading,helping to improve oral communication ability and creative writing ability,so as to exert its auxiliary value that cannot be underestimated.The auxiliary teaching of film and television resources can be divided into three parts: before class,in class and after class.At the end of this paper,the specific cases of film and television resource auxiliary teaching of "blessing" and "thunderstorm" are listed.
