Under the influence of education reform,the comprehensive and individual development of students has become the main task of high school education,"one-size-fits-all" teaching methods can not meet the needs of students' diversified.At the same time,in order to serve the new scheme of the college entrance examination reform,layered teaching,which is beneficial to students' individualized development,has been paid more attention.Under these background,it is a practical and effective teaching measure to combine high school biology layered teaching with micro course,and to use the micro course to save the loss and make up the defect of traditional biology teaching.This research takes four classes of No.1 high school of Dalian development area as the research object and uses the method of literature research to defining the concept of micro course and layered teaching.Through sorting out the research status of micro course and layered teaching at home and abroad,it is found that micro course is widely used in subject teaching.However,there are not many designs and developments combined with biological layered teaching.Therefore,based on this,under the guidance of the relevant theoretical basis,using questionnaires,experiments,and other methods to preliminary understanding of students' learning of Biology,combined with the characteristics of biology,by referring to the micro-layered teaching design of other subjects,the design and development of the biology micro course for layered teaching are studied.Take the "photosynthesis and energy conversion" in "Molecules and Cells" as a development case,and apply it to practice.Before and after the completion of teaching,take the interest in learning biology and the achievement as the index,and use statistical analysis and other methods to test the effect of the teaching.The pre-test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at different levels;the post-test results showed that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at different levels,and the results of the experimental group were higher than the control group.At the same time,the effect of micro course implementation is investigated by questionnaire,and the conclusion was drawn from all aspects: applying the micro course to the senior high school biology layered teaching is conducive to improving the students' performance and the teaching effect;applying the micro course to the senior high school biology layered teachingis conducive to stimulating the students' interest in learning biology and cultivating students' subjective consciousness of learning;applying the micro course to the senior high school biology layered teaching can make up for the shortcomings of the layered teaching,such as the shortage of teaching time and the increasing teachers' pressure for lesson preparation.The innovation of this study lies in the development of the specific case of micro course applied to the stratified teaching of biology,and applied to the actual classroom teaching,enriching the biology curriculum resources.At the same time,due to the limited research time,the micro course production still needs to be improved,the actual application case development is less,and the majority of teachers still need to continue to study and practice.
