In 2011,a new concept of mathematics curriculum was proposed.The new concept is that effective teaching activities require the unification of teachers' teaching and students' learning.In the process of teaching activities,teachers should participate collaboratively,interact,develop together with students,and stimulate students' interest in learning through effective teaching activities to improve the quality of learning.In order to implement this teaching concept and eliminate the disadvantages of the traditional teaching model,many middle school teachers have started to compared the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching model,actively explored new teaching methods and models,and encouraged students to cooperate with teachers in the classroom to learn together.However,as the cooperative learning is advanced,many problems have arisen.Many teachers and students have reported that this method of teaching is actually not efficient in the classroom,which consumes a lot of time and energy without very good effect.Many teachers do not have a clear understanding of when to start cooperative learning and how to use cooperative learning to improve teaching efficiency,which also affects the effective implementation of cooperative learning to some extent.In order to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in high school mathematics classroom,this thesis makes a special research on how to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in mathematical cooperative learning.This thesis takes teachers and students in Qapqal County High School as the research object.Through classroom case records,questionnaires and other methods,it analyzes influential factors that affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning in high school mathematics classrooms in combination with relevant theories of cooperative learning and effective teaching.At the same time,on the basis of analysis,summary,and reflection,it puts forward strategies to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in high school mathematics classrooms,including enhancing the awareness of teacher-student cooperation to increase the enthusiasm for teacher-student cooperation;understanding the key to grouping to conduct reasonable group allocation;analyzing the types of students' temperament to reasonably assign the students' tasks;meeting the needs of cooperative learning to strengthen the cultivation of cooperative skills;giving students effective guidance,and setting up reasonable evaluation mechanisms;etc.Cooperative learning has become an important form of teaching for high school mathematics classroom teachers.Hopefully,strategies proposed in this thesis for the purpose of improving the effectiveness of cooperative learning can help front line teachers.I also believe that through the continuous exploration of scholars,the study of the effectiveness of cooperative learning in high school mathematics will definitely be elevated to a higher stage in the near future.
