The people with the basal competency of independence and collaborative are demanded in information era, but the student are widely lack for that now. In order to resolve it, guided by the principle of Synergetic and constructivism learning theory , analyzed the experimental results by means of methods such as action research, observation, and the methodology of literature ; some cases of cooperative learning are designed and carried out with the theoretical model of the Student Teams-Achievement Division and Jigsaw (II) in secondary vocational school while teaching.This paper initially introduced the conception, essential character, and tactics on practice about cooperative learning and action research. Then discussed a further study on cooperative information technology teaching concerning following items, such as task selected, groups divided by mixing the students, form evaluated and exploited a series of behavior observation table etc. After one year study, made an analysis of effects by means of qualitative and quantitative methods, and attained some significant effects including enhanced the achievement of subject-test of students, improved positive interpersonal relationships with other students, developed personality and information literacy as well as transformed thinking and action of teachers .The instructional structure and design model and teaching strategy task-based of cooperative learning are constructed, bring learning organization and exploitation of learning resource into design; and find a way to carry out the cooperative learning by action research in middle and primary school. At the end of this paper, the author analyzed disadvantages remaining, and gave some suggestion on further research.
