Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Current Junior High School Students' Labor Education

Labor has created mankind and created all material and spiritual wealth,which is the basis of the continuous development of social history.The country attaches more and more importance to the cultivation of comprehensive talents,and school education is more and more inclined to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,so the importance of labor education is more and more prominent,but in the process of the implementation of labor education,there are still many teachers,parents and students have misunderstanding and prejudice to labor education,can't correctly understand the education value contained by labor.Combined with the characteristics of junior high school students,this study designed questionnaires and interviews to obtain a large number of first-hand data,it is beneficial to master the shortcomings of junior high school students' labor education,and then provide theoretical basis for parents' guidance and school's teaching work,so as to enrich junior high school students' labor education thoughts and help them set up correct labor education concepts,it is of great significance to explore and enrich the thought of junior high school students' labor education and to promote relevant theoretical research.On the other hand,changing people's attitude towards the labor education of junior high school students and strengthening their good labor consciousness and ability are of great practical significance to help students adapt to the current learning and future social competition.According to the research needs,I expounded the basic concept of labor education for junior high school students and the importance of strengthening labor education,and used the literature research method to sort out the research status of this topic at home and abroad,this paper expounds the labor education theory of Marx,Engels,Lenin and other creators and successors of Marxism,as well as the labor education theory of the United States,France,Germany and other capitalist countries,which provides theoretical support for the discussion of this paper,and makes more and more schools and parents gradually realize the necessity of strengthening labor education,on this basis,to design questionnaire and interview outline,have a full grasp of the present situation,and analyzes the problems in labor education,such as the lack of social labor education status,the need for improvement of school labor education,the weakness of family labor education,and the students' own cognitive bias;To explore the causes of problems,they are,the lack of management of relevant departments,the pursuit of utilitarian social environment,the neglect of school education,the lack of family education,the students themselves do not pay attention to;Finally,according to the causes of the problems,countermeasures and Suggestions for strengthening labor education are put forward from the five aspects of government,society,school,family and students themselves,they are,the government should give policy support,the society pays attention to public opinion guidance,the school attaches great importance to the comprehensive training,family create labor opportunities,students change minds,to " the unity of knowing and doing",therefore,this study is more theoretical and practical,and has certain practical guiding significance.
