| With the rapid development of China's economic scale and the continuous transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the demand of applied and technical talents,particularly the high-level practical ones,and the talents' comprehensive quality is increasing.The comprehensive quality of students is also an important index to measure the quality of independently-run colleges of applied technology,and it is of vital importance to their survival and developments.The comprehensive quality evaluation system of the independently-run college of applied technology can effectively educate and guide the students to develop in the right direction.It is not only the need to achieve differential developments from state-run universities,improve the comprehensive national strength,and implement the strategy of invigorating the country by science and education,but also winning the active strategic choice in the fierce international competition.It is of great significance to accelerate the transformation of the way of economic development and building a well-off society all around,and finally realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,the current comprehensive quality-evaluating work in independent colleges hardly matches the requirements of talents in new situation which leads to a structural contradiction in personnel training.The school is concerned that students should have a solid foundation of professional theory,but can not provide effective guidance to students in the all-round development of moral cultivation,practical ability,innovation ability,humanistic quality and physical and mental health.Therefore improving the process of evaluating applied and technical talents is needed to better meet the job market's demand for comprehensive quality personnel.By researching related literatures and materials of comprehensive quality-evaluation of undergraduates both inside and outside of China,this thesis analyses and summarizes some beneficial experience for comprehensive quality evaluation in independently-run colleges in order to set out on their own paths meeting the social demands.The thesis mainly includes the following aspects: in the first part,it elaborates the background and the significance of this study and summarizes the research in China and foreign countries;the content and the method of the study are demonstrated in this part.In the second part,the relevant concepts are defined and examined around the content of this study,and the theory of educational evaluation and the theory of target are introduced as the theoretical basis of the research.In the third part,with the design of questionnaire and data analysis,it confirms the existing problems.At last,after setting up the optimization principles and objectives of the comprehensive quality evaluation system,taking the selection of students' comprehensive quality evaluation index and the system construction as the starting point,based on the Analytic Hierarch Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,it optimizes an evaluation model;taking ZH College in Tianjin as an example,it analyses the application of comprehensive quality evaluation for undergraduates in applied and technical independent colleges,and provides countermeasures and suggestions. |
