Teachers' professional quality is not only related to students' growth,but also one of the important factors that affect the development of students' core quality.Through combing the theory of core literacy and teachers' professional literacy knowledge,this paper solved the following problems: First,It needed to understand the current situation of the professional quality of high school mathematics teachers;Second,It should explore the professional quality of mathematics teachers in teaching design and curriculum implementation;Third,the paper put forward corresponding solutions to the problems found in the investigation.This paper mainly expound teachers' professional quality from three aspects: professional knowledge,professional ability and professional sentiment.It used literature analysis,questionnaire,comparative research,education statistics and other methods.Through the analysis of the relevant papers and classroom records,the following conclusions were drawn: There is no obvious gender difference in the overall situation of teachers' professional literacy.This survey found that teaching age,school,professional title and educational background mainly affect teachers' professional knowledge and ability.It discovered that there are significant differences in the influence of different teaching age groups,school level groups and professional title groups on teachers' professional sentiment.Also,the information literacy of the new teacher is better than that of the expert teacher to some extent,but the expert teachers' overall knowledge and understanding of students are higher than that of the new teacher.In addition,"communication with other teachers" and "self reflection and improvement" are the main sources of professional quality of in-service teachers.The following enlightenment can be obtained: On the one hand,we should pay attention to the development of teachers' professional quality;On the other hand,schools should strengthen the training of teachers' professional quality.Following this research idea,we can do some work on the professional quality of mathematics teachers in pre-service or vocational schools,and also study the relationship between the professional quality of teachers and the reform of the new college entrance examination.
