Teaching reflection is an important way to promote the improvement of teachers' teaching methods and improve the professional level of teachers.Therefore,the study of primary school teachers' teaching reflection has been paid much attention to by educational theoretical researchers.Many educators have studied the connotation,practice,process,characteristics,functions,theoretical basis,methods and current situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers.Throughout the education scholars' research on teaching reflection is very comprehensive,but there are not many researches on the status quo of primary school teachers' teaching reflection and the lack of consideration on the actual status quo of primary school teachers' front-line teaching reflection.Based on this understanding,this study takes the current situation of teaching reflection of primary school teachers as the core research content,and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures on improving teaching reflection of primary school teachers based on this content.This study mainly adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,supplemented by literature method,to investigate the current situation of primary school teachers' teaching reflection,and to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the current situation and existing problems of primary school teachers' teaching reflection.The survey found that most primary school teachers have a certain understanding of teaching reflection and know the importance of teaching reflection.However,there are still some problems for primary school teachers in teaching reflection: shallow understanding of teaching reflection,lack of theoretical support for teaching reflection,passive teaching reflection and one-sided teaching reflection.After understanding the problems of primary school teachers' teaching reflection,I started from the problemsof teachers' teaching reflection.Based on the above investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school teachers' teaching reflection,some countermeasures are put forward.The countermeasures are mainly put forward from the construction of teachers' self-reflection strategies and the construction of teaching self-reflection external environment:Write reflective essays that focus on reflective perspectives;Learn from the experience of the peer,synchronous reflection;Actively play the role of students and parents;Improve the incentive and evaluation mechanism of teaching reflection;We should construct a learning community of "learning,teaching and research";Experts into the classroom,improve the quality of teachers.
