In January 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the reform of teachers' team in the new era.The opinion clearly pointed out that building a high-level professional team of teachers is the core meaning of the current teacher education reform.As the core competence of teachers' professional development,teachers' ability to reflect on teaching is becoming more and more popular among educators and teachers.Therefore,how to improve teachers' ability to reflect on teaching has become a hot topic in this study.This paper is based on the previous research on the theory and practice of teaching reflection,Constructing the structure frame of teacher's teaching reflection ability.Based on this framework,it investigates and analyzes the reality of teachers'teaching reflection ability from three aspects:reflective consciousness,reflective knowledge and reflective skills of S primary school teachers.Finally,according to the current situation of S primary school language teachers' lack of reflective teaching ability,I puts forward the strategy of improving the teaching.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,research objectives and significance of the topic,the research status quo at home and abroad,and the research contents and methods.The second part defines the concepts of reflection,teaching reflection,teaching reflective ability and other related concepts,and tries to build a structural framework for teachers' ability to reflect on teaching.The third part is an overview and analysis of the questionnaire on the teaching reflection ability of S primary school language teachers,and summarizes the current situation of the ability to reflect on the current situation.The fourth part,based on the status quo of the survey and research,puts forward the strategies to improve the teaching reflection ability of S primary language teachers.
