As one of the main forces of talent training in higher education,local colleges and universities play a very important role in social progress and development.The popularization of higher education to accelerate the development of local colleges at the same time,also exposed a series of problems,such as the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities on the one hand,can promote the students' level of education,on the other hand have to increase the original teaching staff,making a significant increase in the proportion of young teachers,to a certain extent to young teachers bring great pressure for teaching and scientific research.As one of the main academic groups in colleges and universities,the development of young teachers,especially the development of scientific research,directly affects their own professional development,affects the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of local colleges and universities,and even affects the quality of talent training and the quality of higher education.Young teachers are supposed to enhance their academic ability and contribute to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.However,due to the limitations of local colleges and universities and their relatively weak scientific research level,it seems difficult for young teachers to fulfill this important mission.Therefore,how to enhance the scientific research strength of young teachers and promote their healthy growth has become the key for local universities to strengthen their own strength and achieve steady development.Of this study is to through the interview survey,the Y of young university teachers,scientific research development situation of the plight of distress for its scientific research developing in reality,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the causes of this phenomenon,put forward to promote young teachers scientific research development,change the present situation of its research level is weak correspondingcountermeasures,so as to effectively promote the scientific development of young teachers in colleges and universities,strengthen their own academic ability,further enhance the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the local colleges and universities.In the first part,firstly,the origin and significance of this research are expounded.Based on the comprehensive review of the existing research at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods are put forward.On this basis,the theoretical basis and related concepts of this research are analyzed and defined.The second part mainly explains the research method and process of this research,including the selection of research objects in qualitative research,the design of interview outline,the collection of research data,the processing process of research data and the written reflection of the research.The third part summarizes the main difficulties faced by young teachers in local universities and colleges in the research development from the interview survey: lack of research time,limited energy input;Difficulty in project application and shortage of research funds;Weak guidance and weak sense of cooperation;Promotion of professional title is not easy,evaluation index is single and so on.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the young teachers' research development dilemma from subjective and objective aspects.The motive of scientific research is multiple and the thought of utility is serious.Lack of scientific research experience and weak research ability;Objective reasons mainly include the complex research environment;The level of discipline is uneven;The management mechanism is not perfect;Rigid evaluation system;Poorly managed research teams;Lack of income security.The fifth part puts forward some measures to promote the scientific research development of young teachers.Innovate the scientific research management idea,perfect the scientific research management system;Strengthen the construction of scientific research team and highlight the spirit of scientific research team;Use a variety of training methods to stimulate teachers' research potential;To deepen the construction of disciplines and enhance the overall strength of scientific research;We will comprehensively strengthen cultural development and create a sound scientific research atmosphere.
