Children's painting is a kind of painting form in which children express their feelings to the outside life and things through graffiti or painting,or express their inner feelings.Especially loved by young children, painting is like a kind of happy game. They can do whatever they want and what they draw is what they want. However, when they entered primary school, they found a lot of patterned object models in their art work. These patterns are used in the picture again and again,no matter how the painting theme changes. This kind of mechanical and patterned repetition is called "stereotyped repetition".Based on literature analysis, questionnaire survey, analysis of students' works, classroom practice and other research methods, this study aims to explore the main manifestations and causes of the phenomenon of "stereotyped repetition" in primary school students' paintings. This paper analyzes the reasons, summarizes the negative effects of stereotyped repetition on the development of students' painting, and puts forward the importance and necessity of improving this problem.Combined with the causes of the problems, the corresponding solutions are put forward, such as: using various teaching forms to break the original "comfort circle" of children;using rich extracurricular activities to help children accumulate life experience;using correct teaching concepts to change the "model" classroom;paying attention to appreciation of teaching and improving children's aesthetic vision. It is hoped that this study can improve the phenomenon of "stereotyped repetition" in primary school students' painting, enrich children's art performance, and stimulate children's creative thinking and creative development.
