In recent years,kindergarten education as a foundation in basic education has received great attention from governments,localities,and citizens.How to expand the coverage of early childhood education resources and improve the quality of Early childhood education in a relatively short period of time has become a concern of the entire society.Along with the traditional kindergarten,a multi-campus kindergarten model is gradually emerging.This study takes Shanghai S-kindergarten as a case study object,and focuses on the five important parts of the mode of school-running:kindergarten philosophy,organizational structure,management mechanism,resource system,and talent construction.Sort out and analyze the development process and mode of the multi-campus model of S-kindergarten.The purpose of the research is to provide guidance for the follow-up development of S-kindergarten;To provide some reference for more people who study multi-campus kindergartens;And to provide the basis for school management,support,and decision-making for institutions or government decision-making institutions participating in such kindergartens.First,this study introduces the research background,significance,content and methods.At the same time,the author reads and sorts out the existing literature of multi-campus kindergartens and mode of school-running,the study status of this study content by domestic and foreign scholars is summarized.It has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the further research.Secondly,The study summarizes the general situation of S-kindergarten,the reasons for multi-campus running and the development process of mult-campus running mode.This study divides the S-kindergarten multi-campus running process into three stages.They are: the budding stage-the preliminary establishment of a multi-campus model(1995 to 1999).Development stage-The development of the multi-campus running model has expanded(2000 to 2007).Maturity stage-the modeof multi-campus running is becoming better and stronger(from 2008 to now).This part prepares for the follow-up study of the mode of school-running of multi-campus kindergarten.Thirdly,this study combs and elaborate on the construction of S-kindergarten's school running mode in five parts and 15 aspects.The study puts forward the following conclusions: 1.Kindergarten philosophy.The case kindergarten constructs a school running concept guided by cooperation and win-win.It pursues multi-campus recognition of the idea of running a multi-campus and attaches importance to practicing the idea of running a multi-campus in various ways.2.The organizational structure.S-kindergarten has established an organizational structure that is beneficial to the operation of multi-campus,set up post functions that contribute to the steady development of multi-campus kindergarten,and formed a management network that is conducive to the participation of multi-campus kindergarten.3.Management mechanism.S-kindergarten has innovated the operation mechanism of the mode of school-running and transformed the dynamic mechanism of multi-campus sharing symbiosis.4.Resource system.S-kindergarten broke the resource barriers between the campus of kindergarten,activated the curriculum resources inside and outside the kindergarten,and created a kindergarten information resource platform.5.Talent construction.S-kindergarten opened up talent circulation and promotion channels,established a teacher development platform,and a comprehensive training system.It also formed a teacher development community.Finally,based on the above research on S-kindergarten,this study analyzes and summarizes the advantages of the multi-campus kindergarten school model and the issues that need attention.And put forward four suggestions for this mode of school-running.The study has shown that this mode of school-running has certain reference value for expanding high-quality early childhood educational resources.
