The curriculum reform in Shanghai has been in full swing.The new curriculum standard attaches importance to the "cooperation and exchange" of student subjects in teaching activities.The learning community can greatly promote the cooperation and interaction among students.Through "Learning the Communist Party",students who are afraid of mathematics can also discover the joy of mathematics learning.Not only that,but in the context of the challenge of how to balance "teach well" and "teach well",the learning community is conducive to solving this problem.In today's middle school teaching,parent-teacher relationships are estranged,and communication between teachers and parents is insufficient to support students in a concerted effort.In view of the above,the paper explores "junior high school mathematics teaching based on a learning community."The questions explored in this article are:(1)What is the design of junior high school mathematics teaching under the learning community?(2)What are the characteristics of the choice of teaching materials in the learning community?(3)In the learning community,what are the presentation and evaluation forms of teaching results?(4)Can the learning community promote the emotional maintenance of people?The author first retrieves and reads the literature,summarizes the definition,characteristics,modes,and applications of the "learning community",and understands the research status of "learning community" in junior middle school mathematics teaching.Based on the literature analysis,I put forward my own theoretical thinking on the "learning community",and then selected four junior high school mathematics teaching materials to design this.After the design is completed,find two parallel classes and conduct experiments in the classroom to observe,record and analyze the actual teaching situation of the teachers and the interaction of the students.Before andafter the implementation of the teaching,interview the parents and students to understand their knowledge and feelings about the "learning community" teaching,test the students,collect the obtained data,and use SPSS for quantitative analysis.Finally,the author draws the following conclusions:(1)There are differences in teaching methods between the teaching design under the learning community and the traditional lesson plans.The traditional classroom may choose to be teacher-led,but the "learning communist" classroom will never adopt the "teaching method".The protagonist of the "Learning Communist" class must be a student,so in the "Learning Communist" teaching,the inquiry method is used more.(2)The learning community teaching model is more "critical" in the choice of teaching materials.In general,learning content that is inquiring,open,and cooperative is suitable for the "Learning Communist" model.Therefore,with the reasonable selection of teaching materials,the "Learning Communist" model will have a positive impact on students' learning.(3)In the context of the learning community,the display of students' learning results is lively.Usually it is no longer "doing exercises",but "making pictures,making speeches,designing theme reports" and so on.In the evaluation method,the "test paper" will be used as a reference,but at the same time,it will combine self-assessment,other assessment,and generative assessment in the learning process.(4)The learning community promotes emotional maintenance among people.In the process of preparing lessons by using the "Learning Communist" model,the frequency of interaction between teachers has increased,and the teacher's teaching life has become richer in the "interaction" between the teachers.In exchanging teaching information,teachers' understanding of students has also deepened.The overwhelming majority of students like the learning community,and they are more and more daring to express themselves in the "Learning Communist Party".Through this inquiry,The author realized own shortcomings and shallowness.In the process of teaching implementation,the author is also exploring inward rather than growing students.As a people's teacher,the author will continue to think about the meaning of "learning community".On the basis of ensuring that the author has mastered this theory,the author will combine it with classroom practice,constantly reflect and summarize,and be a helper for students at any time!...
