As a comprehensive subject,Chinese has both instrumental and humanistic functions.Reading teaching is the core of Chinese teaching.The cultivation of students' reading interest,the improvement of reading ability,and the formation of reading habits must all be realized through reading teaching.And reading is also an important way for students to acquire knowledge,self-improvement and development,so paying attention to reading teaching is of great significance to the achievement of the teaching objectives of the Chinese subject.In 2018,the "State Council's Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era" promulgated by the State Council,"By 2035,Teachers' comprehensive quality,professionalism and innovation ability have been greatly improved,training millions of core teachers,hundreds of thousands of excellent teachers and tens of thousands of educators." Paying attention to the professional growth of novice teachers to accelerate their transition from novice teachers to expert teachers needs to accelerate the improvement of novice teachers' teaching abilities.Reading teaching is carried out by Chinese teachers in classroom teaching,studying the problems in reading teaching of junior high school Chinese teachers and analyzing the countermeasures,which has a positive impact on the professional development and teaching ability of new language teachers.This study takes L Middle School in Yining,Xinjiang as the research object.Through interviews,classroom observations,teaching case analysis and comparative research methods,it is found that the novice Chinese teachers in L middle school exist in reading teaching goals,reading teaching processes and reading teaching methods.Problems and put forward strategies for improving reading teaching.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is research design.In this study,three teachers from L Middle School in Yining City were selected as the research object.Through classroom observation and after-class interviews,the objectives,process,and methods of reading teaching by two novices and an expert teacher were analyzed and studied,and through analysis and comparison,we discovered the shortcomings of novice teachers in reading teaching.The second part focuses on comparative analysis of classroom observations and interview results,as well as lesson plans,courseware,and other teaching materials.Compare and study the reading teaching objectives,processes and methods of the same teaching content among the three teachers,and comparing the differences in reading teaching objectives,processes,and methods between novice Chinese teachers and expert Chinese teachers in junior high school,it is proposed that novice Chinese teachers have improperly set teaching goals,lack of grasp of academic conditions in reading teaching,and do not effectively play the role of teacher guidance in the teaching process,do not pay attention to the cultivation of students' Chinese ability,teaching methods and forms are relatively simple and other issues.The third part is based on the results of classroom record analysis and the problems found,and puts forward strategies for improving the teaching of junior high school Chinese teachers' reading teaching,with a view to helping the professional development of novice Chinese teachers and improving the teaching effect of junior high school Chinese reading.
