Currently, the Chinese teaching contents becomes a hot topic ofteaching research. During the inspective process of Chineseteaching contents, researchers have found that there come intobeing a vague or arbitrary state of teachers when they preinstalland perform their reading teaching contents, so the researchersconducted a discussion about the related reasons: the goal ofChinese curriculum is over-general, the formation of material isdeficient, the selected literary teaching contents is toocomplicated, the low professional degree of teachers, etc..This paper takes in the contrastive researching pattern ofproficient&novice teachers, conducts a case study on the readingteaching contents between two county senior high school Chineseteachers, shows the differences of these two people in their makingof teaching goals, practice and evaluation on reading teachingcontents, and then summarizes the regular experiences and rules ofpreinstall and perform of a more logical reading teaching contents.The study found that compared to the novice, the proficientteachers (1) took less time on preinstall;(2) the thinking mode ofpreinstall in teaching contents is more clear;(3) the difficulty degree of teaching goals and questions is lower;(4) the preinstalland performance of teaching contents are more logical;(5) theconsistency of contents between the class of the novice and theproficient is higher;(6) a proficient teacher takes reflections fromthe angle of teaching contents, while the novice one from theteaching process;(7) a proficient teacher takes a reflection fromthe “learning” process of students, while the novice one from the“teaching” of teachers.Based on the analysis of differences in reading teachingcontents between the proficient and the novice teacher, this studyconducts a further discussion of the subjective reasons related to amore logical preinstall and contents of a proficient teacher:(1) amore intensive realization of Chinese curriculum;(2) a strongerrealization of preinstall motivation;(3) a higher position of Chinesereading teaching goals;(4) a abundant of professional knowledge ofChinese teaching;(5) a more strong tendency of thinking aboutteaching contents; and (6) a more intensive attention on students.In the last part of this study, the author puts forward sixsuggestions about the improving of teachers’ ability on preinstalland performance of a more logical reading teaching content.Compared to the domestic researches, the innovative point ofthis paper lies in: making use of the contrastive researching patternof proficient&novice firstly to conduct a study on the differencesof behavior and thinking mode between the two sorts of teachers ontheir preinstall and performance of teaching contents.
