Teacher's moral construction has always been a hot topic of social concern and discussion.With the development of the information society,all kinds of information about teachers will be spread quickly and widely.Nowadays,every action of teachers is constantly under the supervision of public opinion.Especially in recent years,the phenomenon of some teachers' moral misconduct always causes people's attention.Different from the professional ethics of teachers,the virtue of teachers is the excellent quality that enables teachers to complete the teaching activities excellently.Both the professional development of teachers' profession and the overall improvement of education quality require all parties to attach importance to the cultivation and promotion of teachers' morality.The cultivation and promotion of teachers' virtue is not only related to teachers' personal happiness,but also conducive to the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students,and plays an important role in the high-quality development of education.The research on the effective path of teacher's virtue cultivation is of practical significance to the contemporary teacher's moral construction and can enrich the relevant theories in the field of teacher's virtue research.This research mainly uses philosophical speculation,the literature research method and the comparative analysis method to carry on the exploration and analysis to the teacher's virtue cultivation system path.The first part,through the professional ethics of teachers with mixed concepts,clear the connotation of teacher's virtue,and teacher's virtue ought to be analyzed,including the teachers should have the basic premise of virtue as the corresponding sound personality basis knowledge skills and firm ideal and faith,and from the external environment and practice two dimensions discussed the influencing factors of teachers' virtue cultivation.In the second part,the author analyzes the moral dilemma of teachers in education and teaching practice in the modern era by combining the existing conceptual theories and the phenomenon of moral deficiency of teachers in today's society,and discusses the phenomenon of deviation between teachers' concepts and behaviors by centering on the two topics of whom teachers pursue in education.The third part,on the causes of the deviation of teachers' ideas and behaviors,explores the factors that cause the moral dilemma of teachers from the aspects of teachers' personal social atmosphere and system culture,mainly the influence of teachers' personal education system and school management mode on the social environment.The fourth part,combining with the causes of teachers' moral dilemma,on the moral education system of the free development of three aspects of justice value standard as a starting point,put forward the system of teachers' moral cultivation,such as justice attaches great importance to the leisure education to promote teachers' professional development of complete system on the basis of the analysis of teachers' virtue predicament and its reason,mainly put forward the system to solve the problem of teachers' virtue predicament paths,and explains its rationality.
