Research On The Coupling Interaction Between Human Resources And Industrial Structure In Henan Province

For a long time,Human resources and Industrial structure have been the focus of economic discussion.There is no doubt that Human resources and Industrial structure play an important role in promoting the rapid development of social economy.Due to the different stages of economic development,human resources and industrial structure are also gradually showing different development trends.However,most of the researches on human resource theory are related to population development and economic growth,while the researches on industrial structure theory are mostly based on the single direction of industrial determinism,and the research focus is also to emphasize the correlation between the number of labor force and the structure and the changes of industrial structure.However,there is a lack of detailed and systematic elaboration on the complex interaction and influence mechanism between human resources and industrial structure.Therefore,using the coupling model of physics for reference to evaluate and analyze the interaction between human resources and industrial structure with coupling coordination degree,not only further supplement the theoretical research of human resources and industrial structure,but also effectively promote the better and faster coordinated development of human resources and industrial structure in the new stage,so as to accelerate the rapid development of China's economy Development is of great significance.This paper has used the coupling interaction thinking in physics to analyze the complex relationship between human resources and industrial structure in detail,and on this basis,systematically analyze the theoretical mechanism of the interaction between the two.First of all,through the combination of existing theories and literature research,this paper systematically combs the relevant theories of human capital and industrial structure,Then,it describes and analyzes the current situation of industrial structure and human resources in Henan Province,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to measure the coupling degree of human resources and industrial structure in Henan Province by the method of variation coefficient Based on the relevant statistical data of industrial structure and human resources in 2002-2018,the coupling co scheduling value is calculated to reflect the development level of the coupling coordination degree of human capital and industrial structure in Henan Province.On this basis,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and Countermeasures for the development of human resources andindustrial structure in Henan Province,which is conducive to accelerating the coordinated development of industrial structure and human resources in Henan Province,and plays a positive role in promoting the long-term and sustainable development of economy in Henan Province.Conclusion of this study:(1)Through the calculation of the coupling degree of human resources and industrial structure of Henan Province in 2002-2018,the human resources and industrial structure of Henan Province have been in a high level coupling stage in2002-2018,indicating the interaction between human resources and industrial structure development of Henan Province.(2)In 2002-2018,the coupling coordination degree of human resources and industrial structure in Henan Province has been constantly improving,but the coupling coordination degree of human resources and industrial structure is just in the primary coordination state,and the development of human resources lags behind the industrial structure,so we should pay attention to the improvement of human resources structure.
