| Primary school supreme teachers are the professional development models of all the primary school teachers and become learning models and goals of most of other primary teachers.As the professional development of primary school supreme teachers has some typicality and aboriginality,this paper attempts to reveal the success factors of their professional development, and provide the basis and reference of professional development for primary school teachers.The main research methods of this paper are literature and case study.Based on the in-depth analysis and research of typical cases of three primary school supreme teachers,the paper summarized the common factors about supreme teachers' professional development and furthermore disscussed the factors from the two dimensions of the external factors and the internal factors. Then this paper answered the ways of affecting primary supreme teachers' professional development and reveals the ways to influence teachers' professional development teacher development in the different stages.There is a reference value about the teachers' professional development.The research found that the success of primary school supreme teachers' professional development cannot leave teacher individual efforts, and also depended on the incentiv and support from outside environment. This is a comprehensive result of teachers' factors and the effect of external factors. School is the most direct the most effective source of all external support of teacher professional development. Teachers' professional development success cannot lesve good school atmosphere and open-minded principal, and also cannot leave the mutual cooperation of companion and family support and encouragement. Of course, external cause must work effectively through the internal cause. Teacher's professional development need enhance teachers' individual professional development consciousness and promote the ability of professional reflection,which are essential force and the key factors of teachers' professional development. |
