By using the methods of literature,expert interview,investigation,mathematical statistics and case analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the annual training structure of Liang Rui in 2018,and finds that: 1.The annual training structure of Liang Rui conforms to the arrangement of annual two cycle training structure,in which the first cycle sets the characteristics of double peak training structure according to the objectives of two competitions,and the training design tends to focus on the second competition of the year.2.Liang Rui's 2018 annual training structure focuses on the development of aerobic endurance,and basically selects the adjustment class with a load intensity of 2mmol lactate and the general aerobic endurance training class with a load intensity of 2-3mmol lactate as the main training content,accounting for 96% of the total load,and the anaerobic threshold training class with a load intensity of3-6mmol lactate In order to assist the training content,it only accounts for 4% of the total load,which fully shows that the effective training mode of 50 km project is long-distance aerobic endurance training,and there is less demand for anaerobic threshold speed training.3.In the annual training,the training structure of the two periods is similar,but the total training amount and total load of the second period are significantly less than that of the first period.According to the specific objectives of the annual competition,Liang Rui's annual training in 2018 is divided into three stages.The first cycle includes two training stages.The basic training structure of the three preparation stages consists of three parts: general preparation period,special preparation period and pre competition period.4.The load of the three stages in Liang Rui's annual training shows a decreasing trend,and the load in the middle cycle is compared as special preparation period > general preparation period > pre match period.5.Liang Rui's annual training is arranged for two times of altitude training.The first altitude training is mainly to help Liang Rui to improve his aerobic metabolism ability in preparation for the world championships,and the load gradually increases until he leaves the plateau for pre competition training;the second altitude training islower than the first altitude training,and the main training purpose is to adapt to the altitude hypoxia environment,and the load increases in a wave shape.6.In the annual training of Liang Rui,the level of special endurance and special speed endurance is improved by means of continuous walking,intermittent walking and variable speed walking.It is supported by a variety of training methods such as special strength training,special technical training,physical quality training,and flexibility training.The proportion of physical fitness and special exercises in winter training is relatively large.With the increase of load,it gradually decreases.The main means of body recovery are running,swimming and stretching.7.The physiological and biochemical indexes of Liang Rui's annual training are basically in the normal range,indicating that the training load intensity and load arrangement are in a reasonable and controllable range.
