| Research Purpose: Snatch the purpose of this article aims to analysis the special action core muscle group in each phase of the electrical characteristics,and special exercises to snatch the selected core muscle group in each phase of the electrical characteristics compared with snatch screening can be targeted and effective to strengthen the training of the core,to coaches and athletes in training plan and action on the understanding of reference.Research Methods: This paper carries out research through literature,expert interview,comparative analysis,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Using CASIO-FH25 camera from Japan and Noraxon EMG tester,the surface EMG of core muscle group of 5 female weightlifters above the first level were collected synchronously during snatch special practice training in Zhangba Sports Training Center of Shaanxi Province.Through sorting and analyzing the EMG data,it is concluded that the electrical signal intensity of each core muscle group at each stage of each special exercise movement is different.The original electromyography(EMG),RMS value and the contribution rate of each muscle were analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)In the snatch technique,the contribution rate and activation intensity of core muscle group from bell lifting to knee were 1.Rectus abdominis(12%;6.76),external oblique(7%;5.88),gluteus maximus(53%;22.33),latissimus dorsi(26%;9.54);2.Rectus abdominis during knee lifting stage(9%;6.78),external oblique(10%;6.62),the gluteus maximus(49%;37.84),latissimus dorsi(32%;18.22);3.Rectus abdominis during the exertion phase(13%;9.01),the external oblique(18%;11.12),gluteus maximus(39%;21.13),latissimus dorsi(30%;15.57);4.Squat support stage rectus abdominis(23%;6.11),external oblique(28%;8.31),gluteus maximus(24%;7.69),latissimus dorsi(26%;7.98),5.Support the rectus abdominis during the standing stage(14%;7.02),external oblique(16%;6.77),gluteus maximus(50%;20.44),latissimus dorsi(19%;7.11).(2)When comparing each stage of the special practice of snatch with that of snatch,it was found that the EMG characteristics of the core muscle group at each stage were similarto those of snatch.Research Conclusions:(1)The EMG characteristics of core muscles at each stage of snatch movement were as follows: the latissimus dorsi and gluteus maximus had obvious EMG signals at the stage from bell lifting to knee,followed by external oblique and rectus abdominis;The gluteus maximus is the most obvious in the knee lifting stage,followed by the external oblique,latissimus dorsi and rectus abdominis.In the power stage,the first electrical signal is the most obvious is the gluteus maximus,followed by the rectus abdominis,external oblique;In the stage of squat support,the most obvious muscle activity is the external oblique,followed by rectus abdominis,gluteus maximus,and latissimus dorsi.The final stage of support is the most muscular activity of the gluteus maximus,followed by the latissimus dorsi,the external oblique,the rectus abdominis,(2)In the special practice of snatch,the EMG characteristics of the selected core muscles at each stage were compared with those of the core muscles at each stage of snatch.It was found that the core participation degree of the stage from bell lifting to knee was more correlated with the snatch movements,followed by wide hard pull and high grasp.Movements with higher core participation in the knee lifting stage are followed by wide and hard pull,bell lifting and wide pull,dangling grab,high grab and bell lifting.Movements with higher similarity to specific movements are followed by high grab,dangling grab,bell lifting and wide and hard pull,and bell lifting.The similarity of squat support stage is drape grab,high grab and bell pad grab.Finally,the similarity of the stage of the support is drape grab,pad bell grab and high grab.The EMG characteristics and activation intensity of the core muscles at the corresponding stages of specific exercises were arranged from high to low.Special exercises fordifferent stages of training can be selected.(3)in the in the snatch 5 phase of the movement of the athletes,the athletes of the technical performance influenced by the stages each,find athletes to a certain stage the core lack weak relief,can according to this study stages closest to the special action electrical characteristics analysis of the practice of priority training,let the athletes’ training is effective and targeted. |
