This study is to explore the current situation of job resources and the status of job crafting of compulsory education teachers,and the predictive effect of teachers' job resources on teachers' job crafting,and finally provide a basis for improving the level of teachers' job crafting.403 compulsory education teachers were investigated with the self-made questionnaire on Teachers' job resources and job crafting,supplemented by interviews methods.SPSS19.0 and AMOS22.0 software were used for statistical analysis of the collected data,including reliability and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The study finds that:(1)The job resources of compulsory education teachers are at a medium level.Its' subordinates have higher levels of colleague support and development opportunities.Job autonomy and hardware conditions need to be strengthened.Leadership support and work returns are low.There are significant differences in the job resources of compulsory education teachers in terms of age,teaching age,professional title,type of major studied,and teaching stage.Specifically,compulsory education teachers' job resources show a U-shaped trend of ?high at both ends and low at the middle? in terms of age,teaching age,and professional title;non-normal professional teachers have more development opportunities than the normal;the level of job resources is higher than that of junior high school teachers.(2)The job crafting of compulsory education teachers is at the upper-middle level.The level of task crafting of its' subordinates is high.The status of cognitive crafting is good.Skill crafting needs to be improved.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teacher job resources and teacher job crafting,and teacher job resources can significantly positively affect teacher job crafting.Specifically,job autonomy,colleague support,and leadership support of teachers' job resources are positively affecting teachers' job crafting,job autonomy and colleague support are positively affecting task crafting,and leadership support and job autonomy are positively affecting skill crafting,job autonomy,colleague support,and development opportunities have a positive impact on cognitive crafting.Based on the conclusions of this study,this study puts forward the following suggestions: For school managers,more leadership support should be given to teachers,and teachers' job autonomy should be expanded,so as to improve the level of job crafting for compulsory education teachers.For individual teachers,it is necessary to awaken pure research consciousness,take the initiative to learn professional knowledge related to educational research,and carry out research rooted in educational practice in order to enhance their own educational research capabilities,and thus continuously improve their skill crafting level.
