China released the “Standards of Biology Curriculum for General High School(2017 Edition)”in 2018,it puts forward that students should take the initiative to participate in learning.Through biological experiments,students can learn actively in the form of inquiry,in this way,it can help students develop Core competence of biological.Today's society is a huge information age,Micro-video as a kind of application of information technology,the advantages in teaching gradually emerge,Micro-video can help students understand knowledge more easily.Therefore,based on the characteristics of biology experiment teaching in senior high school,and the author's teaching experience,the research attempts to develop Micro-video suitable for our school,and applies the Micro-video to the biology experiment teaching in our high school,so as to cultivate students experimental hands-on skills,improve students scientific inquiry ability and scientific thinking ability,finally achieve the purpose of helping students improve learning efficiency.This research is mainly divided into the following four parts: First introduces the research background,purpose and significance.Then introduces the core concepts of this research,analyze and summarize the current research status of experimental teaching and Micro-video at home and abroad,and it introduces the theoretical basis,research methods and ideas of this research,which is mainly guided by constructivism learning theory,miniature theory of learning and audio-visual instruction theory,and takes literature research method,investigation research method and observation method as research methods.The third part is the focus of this research,which mainly carries out the following five works: The first is the introduction and analysis of the textbook and experiment of “molecule and cell”,which is compulsory biology one in Senior high school;The second is to summarize the precautions and process of Micro-video production;The third is to analyze and summarize the application mode of Micro-video in biology experiment teaching;The fourth is the practice of the summarized Micro-video production method in this study to verify whether it is effective;The fifth is that this research summarized the application model of Micro-video in biology experiment teaching practice teaching,verify whether it is effective.Finally,analyze and summarize the results of practice by means of investigation and observation.After practical research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.When making Micro-video related to senior high school experiments,combine teaching practice with network resources,using software like screen video experts and iJianJi,can be relatively simple and easy to make Micro-video.2.The two application modes summarized in this research can help students improve their experimental operation ability,and also help to cultivate their analytical and expressive abilities of experimental phenomena.3.The application of Micro-video to biology experiment teaching in senior high school,so that students can personally experience the process of inquiry,can help cultivate students ability of scientific inquiry and scientific thinking,and then cultivate students biological Core competence.
