A Study On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Interpersonal Trust Of Sports Postgraduates In Yunnan Province

Interpersonal trust refers to the trust to individuals or groups.Interpersonal trust not only includes the belief of trustworthiness to others,but also includes the intention of action based on this belief.It is inevitable for everyone to deal with interpersonal trust frequently in daily social communication.Interpersonal trust is a concept that reflects the characteristics of interpersonal relationship.The amount of interpersonal trust can reflect the quality of interpersonal relationship.Interpersonal trust is not only the warmth brought to us by family trust,but also the test and need of social interpersonal trust.As the hope and future of the sports cause of our country,the sports professional postgraduates shoulder the important task of the future sports cause construction,and have higher requirements for their overall quality,especially for their psychological quality.It is of great significance to study the characteristics and influencing factors of interpersonal trust of P.E.postgraduates.Firstly,it can improve the content and path of mental health education in Colleges and universities,provide basis for scientific and good management of P.E.postgraduates.Secondly,it can understand the influencing factors of interpersonal trust of P.E.postgraduates and help them improve their interpersonal trust The level of trust enables them to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition in the coming society.Through the research of literature,questionnaire,psychological measurement,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper studies the current situation of interpersonal trust and influencing factors of Sports Postgraduates in Yunnan Province.Through the research,we found the following conclusions:1.According to the results of the investigation on the current situation of the interpersonal trust of the graduate students majoring in Physical Education in Yunnan Province,the overall level of interpersonal trust of the graduate students majoring in Physical Education in Yunnan Province is lower than the average level.In Yunnan Province,there are significant differences in interpersonal trust between differentgenders,mainly in the level of interpersonal trust of female students is higher than that of male students.2.There are significant differences in interpersonal trust between the parents in different cultures,which is mainly reflected in the highest level of interpersonal trust when their parents are undergraduates.In the comparison of different family structure,there are significant differences in the interpersonal trust of graduate students majoring in Physical Education in Yunnan Province.3.There are significant differences in the interpersonal trust of the postgraduates of physical education in Yunnan Province in the comparison of different student identities.The level of interpersonal trust of student cadres is higher than that of non student cadres.In the comparison of the monthly income of different families,there are very significant differences in interpersonal trust among the graduate students majoring in sports in Yunnan Province.The score of the monthly income of the family whose interpersonal trust level is above 10000 yuan is the highest,and the score of the monthly income of the family whose interpersonal trust level is between5000 yuan and 10000 yuan is the lowest.4.In the comparison of other factors,there is a small difference among the individual factors in different family background,single child or not,different grades,different majors,different parenting styles.5.According to the results of factor analysis and statistics,the influencing factors of interpersonal trust of Sports Postgraduates in Yunnan Province can be classified into five main factors,which are the individual level factor,the family environment factor,the life event factor,the social level factor and the school factor.Finally,the suggestions are to improve the family environment and atmosphere,pay attention to the construction of campus culture,improve self-cultivation and self-protection awareness,sincere and friendly communication,improve the level of interpersonal trust,and establish good interpersonal relationship.
