With the rapid development of educational informatization,tremendous changes have taken place in the field of education,and made the information-based teaching an inevitable choice for modern education.Information-based teaching is the practice of new technologies and new revolutions in education informatization,and is a key measure to promote the overall development of education.In the information era,the popularization of mobile terminals such as smartphones and tablets has provided more possibilities for informatized teaching.At present,the informatized teaching in China is at the stage of continuous improvement of theoretical practice to application,and more and more rural schools of compulsory education have joined in the ranks of information-based teaching,which has brought new methods for promoting the teaching reform in rural schools.This research aims to reveal the influence mechanism of teachers' adaptability in the information-based teaching,and analyze it from the characteristics of platform design and the participation degree.The research relies on informative teaching platforms such as Seewo,and takes the teachers in the schools of rural compulsory education who just have been popularized informative teaching as the research object.Throughout the entire research process,the author has conducted into classroom practice deeply.Through many methods like observation,interviews and surveys,and with the support of theoretical foundations and practical investigations,It proposes hypotheses and theoretical models from the aspects of the design features of information-based teaching platform,participation degree of teachers and teachers' adaptability.Based on data recovery and sorting,data analysis is carried out with the help of software such as SPSS20.0,AMOS24.0 and Excel to explore the relationship among the characteristics of platform design of information-based teaching,participation degree of teachers,and teachers' adaptability,and through empirical analysis to analyze the influence relationship among the related factors,verify the hypothesis and the model.Studies have shown that: the characteristics of platformdesign of information-based teaching and participation degree of teachers have a significant positive impact on teachers' adaptability;the proportion of the intermediary effect in the total effect is 36.3%.It shows that participation degree of teachers plays a partial intermediary role between the characteristics of platform design of information-based teaching and teachers' adaptability.The intermediary effect of the characteristics of platform design of information-based teaching on teachers' adaptability is not completely achieved through the intermediary variable —participation degree of teachers;At last,based on the results,some thoughts and suggestions are put forward for improving teachers' adaptability of rural information-based teaching.The design and results of this research are expected to provide some guidance and help for the implementation of information-based teaching in rural schools.To a certain extent,it has certain reference value for the targeted design of the developers of information-based teaching platform design.
