Vocational adaptability refers to a person for the task, the surrounding environment and the necessary relationships at work and so on various aspects of adaptation degree, personal and professional through continually coordinated unification process and results. However, due to the particularity of the current primary school, teachers and the work environment is relatively hard, lead to rural primary school teachers of vocational adaptability problems gradually highlights, in a certain extent restricts the smooth implementation of the "teachers plan" and the development of rural education.This article mainly adopted qualitative research paradigm, select T three teachers of primary school in Liaoning province as the object of the present study, the main application of the method of observation and interview method and other methods were investigated. According to the interview outline, classroom observation record and collect relevant teaching diary, from professional cognition, professional expectations, professional knowledge and skills, interpersonal relationships, professional standards and professional environment the several aspects of rural primary school teachers of vocational adaptability condition was investigated.Through the investigation and analysis, it is concluded that due to the policy of "the special teachers plan" propaganda and implementation does not reach the designated position, positioned school teaching and living conditions are relatively hard, lack of education practice, teachers and so reasons, lead to three rural primary schools, teachers in vocational adaptability are there exists a certain problem, in the following aspects: 1. The professional cognition is not enough due to its poor adaptability; 2. Professional development expectations and the reality gap affect its vocational adaptability; 3. The vocational knowledge and skills and education between actual hindered its professional adaptability; 4. Relationships to adapt to the adverse impact on the professional adaptability; 5. Well below expectations of professional treatment and hard environment constrains its vocational adaptability. Based on the existing problems and its reason in research analysis, put forward to improve rural primary school teachers vocational adaptability countermeasures: 1. The education department should attach importance to teachers recruitment work, increase the propaganda. Department of education requires selection based on the competence of teachers, teachers plan policy propaganda. 2. The education department should improve "teachers plan" policies, strengthen the supervision. Education department to refine the teachers salaries and other related policies, strengthen the supervision. 3. To optimize curriculum structure of normal schools, mainly to carry out the education practice. 4. Positioned school should pay attention to teachers training work, reasonable arrangement of work tasks, alleviate the pressure of the work of teachers. 5. Positioned school should build a good interpersonal relationship, improve their living conditions, alleviate the teachers of strangeness, uncomfortable feeling. 6. Teachers themselves to improve professional identity, adjust state of mind, take the initiative to consult.
