Study On The Survival Status And Improvement Strategies Of Junior Middle School Physical Education Teachers In X County Of North Jiangsu Province

The new round of basic education curriculum reform requires pe teachers to study all their life,to be learning-type teachers,and to improve the quality of pe teaching.All this must be based on the improvement of physical education teachers' living condition.The survival state of Middle School Physical Education Teachers is not only directly related to their quality of life,but also related to the stability of middle school physical education teachers and the overall level of school physical education development.Taking X county junior high school physical education teachers in north jiangsu province as the subject of investigation,this study adopted questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the existing problems of physical education teachers in the junior middle school of X county from the aspects of physical and mental health,job satisfaction,social self-identity,professional development and occupational well-being,and put forward the corresponding solution strategy.The results show that the following five dimensions of the survival state of junior high school physical education teachers in X county of North Jiangsu Province need to be improved.(1)physical and mental health: Junior High School Physical Education Teachers Work More intensity,teaching pressure from all aspects,after the class often have a sense of fatigue;(2)Job Satisfaction: Junior high school physical education teachers harmonious interpersonal relationship,but the school sports equipment facilities are not enough,still need to be improved,the opportunity to improve the professional development of physical education teachers is less,the school for the Physical Education Teacher's professional title evaluation system is not transparent,to the physical education teacher evaluation system is not specific;(3)social status identification: Because the government does not attach importance to the Physical Education Teacher,the society does not have the complete cognition to the physical education teacher,the parents do not respect tothe physical education teacher,the junior middle school physical education teacher is not satisfied to own social status;(4)Professional Development: The level of professional development of junior high school physical education teachers is relatively low,and there are limited places for them to go out to study and further their studies,especially in rural areas where the opportunities for physical education teachers' learning and development are even lower,the existing resources of the school can not satisfy the professional development of the Physical Education Teachers;(5)the sense of professional well-being: Most teachers love the physical education cause,and the sense of professional well-being is higher,but there are also some pe teachers as a result of work pressure and the growth of the number of years of professional well-being in a gradual decline.On the basis of learning from foreign experiences,the following improving strategies are put forward:(1)The society and schools change their inherent ideas about pe teachers,understand the importance of pe teachers,strengthen the publicity and education of school pe,and understand the significance of school pe,(2)The government and the school raise to the Physical Education Teacher's value degree,pays attention to the physical education teacher's life and the work difficulty and gives the help in time,may stimulate the Physical Education Teacher's teaching enthusiasm;(3)To improve the working environment of physical education teachers in junior middle schools,the government to increase the input of school physical education funds,improve physical education equipment and facilities,establish and improve the mobility mechanism of physical education teachers,and strengthen the construction of Physical Education Teachers;(4)The school establishes the scientific and reasonable Physical Education teacher appraisal standard,conducive to the stable development of physical education teachers;(5)The junior middle school physical education teacher promotes the comprehensive quality independently,strengthens theresearch,enhances the specialized knowledge and the skill.
