China's pursuit of education philosophy is to teach students according to their aptitude,but the traditional class teaching,teachers can not take care of every student.In counseling to the students' exercises,for example,because each student mastery of knowledge of different levels,leading to different students may appear different questions,but only when teachers teach for most of the students to solve common problems,through the literature research found that the adaptive system can solve this problem to some extent,alleviate the embarrassing situation.The adaptive system can adjust the interactive behavior of the system by collecting student information,and conduct different interactions according to the different situations of each student.At present,the guidance function provided by most of the self-adaptive learning systems for mathematical exercises is to take photos of students to search questions and present the analysis and answers of questions directly to students.Although this method has advantages,it is not conducive to cultivating students' ability of independent thinking for students with poor self-control.Some of the exercises will provide video explanation,although this approach can help students understand,but it also has its disadvantages,such as the interaction with students is not strong,teachers teaching level is not the same.Based on this,based on the IRF classroom discourse structure and relevant learning theories,this study proposes the guidance strategy of mathematical exercises in the adaptive learning system.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)make use of bloom's learning theory,heuristic teaching theory,bruner's cognitive structure theory,bolia's theory of how to solve problems and bao jiansheng's theory of mathematics learning psychology,and analyze the content of teacher-student dialogue in the classroom discourse structure according to a large number of one-to-one tutoring videos and audio data;(2)build a simulation of the interaction between teachers and students one-on-one tutoring strategy,the adaptive learning system way of questions designed to questions of presentation,retrospective questions,for example type questions,leading questions,comprehension questions,the students answer types,depending on the type of students' errors into mathematical thought don't understand,the type of knowledge needed for problem solving skill mastering,the connection between the knowledge points not master,knowledge content and knowledge points involved not grasp,student response to the teacher's question correctly,the topic is not clear,psychological factors;According to students' response types,the feedback of personalized counseling strategy is designed into the following five categories:affirmative response,rhetorical response,inquiry response,rhetorical response,and direct notification response.Develop students' process thinking and guide them to think independently through personalized counseling strategy.(3)to test and verify the effect of individualized counseling strategies for students does not do more harm than good,according to problem sets will this tutoring strategy in the input to the adaptive learning system,a higher vocational and technical school in jinzhou grade two classes do contrast research,using the questionnaire investigation,interview method,the experimental approach control survey contribution to students' learning and motivation,perceived effectiveness,negative effects and student achievement,etc.,to demonstrate the effectiveness of personalized tutoring strategy.
