Research On Administrative Service Capacity Improvement In Local Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Governance

This article takes the perspective of governance to delve into the improvement of local colleges and universities’ administrative service capacity.It believes that such improvement is a key part of university governance,as well as the key factor to fulfill governance capacity and its modernization.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction,starting from the needs of domestic education,elaborating the significance of this topic in order to improve the level of administrative service in colleges and universities,describing the present situation of domestic and foreign study,and introducing the main contents and methods of study.The second part mainly introduces the concept,relation,promotion,meaning and theoretical basis of the administrative service ability of local colleges and universities.The third part takes the local colleges and universities in Fujian Province as a example to investigate the cognitive ability of administrative service,the present situation of service supply ability and the social evaluation of service ability,summarizes the performance and influence of the lack of administrative service ability in local colleges and universities,and deeply analyzes the factors that restrict the improvement of administrative service ability in local colleges and universities.In the fourth part,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
