Emotional education refers to the education in which teachers give full play to the positive role of emotional factors in the teaching process,so as to improve the teaching objectives and enhance the teaching effect.Moral and rule of law course in junior high school is an important course to enrich students' emotion and set up corre ct outlook on life and values.It refers to the rule of law and ethics teachers to help students improve the moral quality,form healthy psychological quality,and gradually form the correct world outlook,the outlook on life,the values of process,on the basis of junior middle school students' mental development present situation,in order to cultivate students positive emotions as the goal,give full play to teachers' emotional guides the positive role,make students produce new attitude experience education.At present,the application of emotional education in the teaching of morality and the rule of law has some advantages and disadvantages,and its "gains" are manifested in the aspects of teachers' increasing attention to students' emotional world in the teaching process and their awareness of students' subjective emotional needs."Loss" is manifested in the conceptualization of the emotional education content,the lack of emotional inspiration in the teaching process,the inability to form emotional resonance between teachers and students,and the neglect of individual emotional attention.The reasons are as follows: firstly,the content of emotional education is not consistent with the actual law of students' emotional development;secondly,the teaching process lacks of novel and effective education methods;thirdly,there is a lack of effective communication between teachers and students;fourthly,the teachers' ability of emotional education is limited.Based on the deficiency of emotion education in moral and rule of law teaching,to improve the effectiveness of emotion education,we can start from the goal,content,means and process of emotion education.Firstly,the aim of emotional education in the course of morality and rule of law is established,and then the aim of emotional education is made clear,and the aim of emotional education is implemented.Secondly,the emotional education content contained in the moral and legal teaching materials is deeply explored,which mainly includes three aspects: satisfying the emotional needs of oneself,feeling towards others and the collective,feeling towards the country andthe society.Thirdly,in terms of emotional education,we should skillfully use the art of emotional teaching,and carry out emotional teaching by teachers with their sincere feelings,language art and positive psychological hints,so as to help students get good emotional experience.Finally,the process of emotional education should pay attention to the subject status of students,including clarifying the subject status of students in the process of emotional education,designing emotional teaching activities around the subject of students,and combining the typical cases in teaching practice to make the strategy practical,scientific and operable.
