Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China,our country has always been committed to cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism.A number of major educational initiatives have been taken in order to improve the overall educational level and cultural literacy of the population.The basic education curriculum has also made a series of reforms correspondingly.As one of the important part of the basic education curriculum system and a material basis for the all-round development of education,physical education has attracted much more attention for a long time.Compared with other subjects,physical education curriculum plays a unique and irreplaceable role in promoting interpersonal communication,cultivating emotions,strengthening communication and cooperation,and adapting to the environment,which not only gives students health knowledge,skills and enhance the physical fitness of students.This study is based on the reform of new physical education curriculum to exploring the influence,using Cite Space software to analyze literature in the early stage of the experiment.The questionnaire includes Interpersonal skills,Self-discipline skills,Learning skills,Environmental adaptation skills,Emotional regulation skills and Individual cognitive skills that was developed on the basis of the social adaptability diagnostic scale by Professor East China Normal University to test the freshman who divided into experiment class and control class for each class of 40 people in Liupanshui No.3 Middle School.Cooperative teaching mode is adopted in the experimental class,the traditional teaching method used by the control class.There were no significant differences in social adaptability and the dimensions between the students of the two classes,it meets the test requirements.Through a one-semester teaching experiment the experimental results showed that:There is a significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Interpersonal skills(P<0.05);There is extremely significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Self-discipline skills(P<0.01);there is extremely significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Learning skills(P<0.01);there is extremely significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Environmental adaptation skills(P<0.01);there is extremely significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Emotional regulation skills(P<0.01);there is extremely significant difference between the experiment class and the control class in the Individual cognitive skills(P<0.01).Conclusions: The cooperative teaching mode in senior school physical education can improve the social adaptability of senior school students.Cooperative teaching mode is more effectively to promote the Interpersonal skills,the Self-discipline skills,the Learning skills,the Environmental adaptation skills and the Individual cognitive skills.Physical education teachers can use this teaching method to improve students' social adaptability and help students form the value orientation of life-long physical education.
