Under the background of the reform of physical education curriculum in China,how to solve and improve the problems brought by the traditional teaching mode and how to explore new teaching modes has become an urgent problem to be solved in college physical education.As the last stage of school physical education,college sports has become the most important period for cultivating students to form correct sports concepts,fostering student teamwork and cultivating students' sense of social responsibility.With the reform of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in China,swimming programs are the most popular courses in college physical education and are very popular among students.Swimming can not only strengthen your body,prevent disease,but also protect your life in an emergency.Therefore,exploring the swimming teaching mode of colleges and universities,enabling students to master swimming skills better and faster has become a new problem faced by college physical education teachers.This paper mainly uses the literature method,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method,observation method and other research methods,taking the students of the 3rd grade of the 18 th grade graduate student of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education as the experimental object,from 50 meters speed tour,breaststroke arm technique,group cohesion,learning An eight-week collaborative teaching experiment was conducted in terms of interest and student acceptance,aiming to explore the application effect of the cooperative teaching model in the teaching of swimming minors in Xi'an Institute of Physical Education.The results show that: 1.The results of the experimental group in the 50-meter speed swim and the breaststroke arm technical evaluation are obviously better than the control class,which proves that the pre-experience conclusion of the experiment is that the cooperative teaching will have a positive impact on the teaching result.of.2.The rational use of the cooperative teaching mode can make the students' breaststroke arm technical movements more standardized and standard,and can effectively promote the development of the breaststroke arm technical level.3.The cooperative teaching mode,as a new and innovative teaching mode,is applied to the swimming course,which not only improves the teaching quality of the swimming class but also has a positive impact on the final teaching result.4.The cooperative teaching mode not only enhances students' interest in learning to swim but also strengthens group cohesion among students.5.Cooperative teaching can enhance the student's attendance rate,that is,the enthusiasm of the class.6.Cooperative teaching mode can enhance students' ability to accept.According to the characteristics and application methods of cooperative teaching,students of all levels have been improved and improved,and the students' ability to accept has been enhanced,so that all students can make progress together.7.Cooperative teaching has obvious effects on improving the relationship between teachers,students and students.The following suggestions are put forward: 1.Through the application study of the cooperative teaching mode in the swimming auxiliary course of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education,it can be seen that the cooperative teaching mode is worthy of promotion,and it is worthy of promotion in swimming teaching;2.Pay attention to the use of cooperative teaching methods:(1).Actively highlight the role of the group,to be responsible to the people,each has a division of labor to allow students to truly integrate into the study;(2).teachers should develop a timely and appropriate teaching plan before class and Make arrangements to avoid confusion in the teaching process;(3).teachers as an indispensable part of teaching,to fully play their own role to promote the classroom atmosphere,so that the classroom environment is well optimized;3.Teachers are an indispensable part of teaching,and they should fully play their own roles to promote the classroom.The atmosphere makes the classroom environment well-optimized.4.In the swimming teaching,the content of the cooperative teaching should be enriched with the speciality of the swimming project and implemented,so as to achieve the best teaching effect.5.Optimize the teaching environment of the swimming class for the season and improve the venue facilities.Teaching can only be implemented better if it meets standards in terms of hardware.
