Study On Benefit Evaluation Index System Of Amateur Tennis Events In Henan Province

Tennis boom across the country,driven by various international tennis tournament held in henan province,not only attract the attention of enough amateur tennis enthusiasts,and promotes the henan province to undertake the domestic well-known brand of amateur tennis tournament,and further developed with characteristic of henan amateur tennis tournament brands,amateur tennis tournament held in henan province from 2018 to 2019 as many as a dozen.At the same time,the survey found that although many amateur tennis tournament held in henan province every year,but few have to evaluate events,most of the host units and sponsoring units are made after not even a small scale,because on the one hand is the event organizer is insufficient seriously,on the other hand,there is no system evaluation index system.Benefit is the ultimate goal of any competition,so the construction of henan province amateur tennis competition benefit evaluation index system,and can actively,effectively,objectively and fairly evaluate the benefit of amateur tennis competition,can promote the development of henan tennis industry.Under this background,this study used literature method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics method to construct the benefit evaluation index system of amateur tennis events in henan province,and conducted an empirical study on the evaluation index system.The study pointed out that:(1)should be according to the objective principle,comprehensive principle,scientific principle,operational principle and the principle of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,construction of henan province amateur tennis tournament benefit evaluation index system,the index system can be divided into three,including "social benefits","economic efficiency","competitive benefit" and "benefit" event itself 4 first-level indicators;"Infrastructure","social soft environment","spiritual civilization" and other 11 secondary indicators;"Urban traffic conditions","urban environment conditions","newly put into use tennis court,facilities" and other 55 indicators at three levels.(2)according to the method and principle of rank sum algorithm(expert ranking method),the weight table of benefit evaluation index of amateur tennis events in henan province should be determined.By calculating the weights of the first-level indexes,they are respectively social benefit(0.383),economic benefit(0.133),competitive benefit(0.292)and benefit of the event itself(0.192).(3)the benefit evaluation scale of amateur tennis events in henan province was determined,and it was divided into four grades according to the benefit scores of the amateur tennis events held,with the total score between 80 and 100 points considered as "excellent".Those with a total score of 60-80 were considered "good";Those with a total score between 40 and 60 points were considered "average".Those with a total score below 40 were considered "poor."(4)make an empirical evaluation of the benefits of the fifth henan tennis tournament(second stop)"China sports lottery cup" 2019 held in zhengzhou zhongyuan tennis center.According to the scoring criteria,the benefit evaluation score of this event is 77.44,which is "good".This evaluation not only verified the feasibility and practicability of the research results,but also understood the holding situation of amateur tennis events in henan province to a certain extent.
