The new curriculum reform requires that the biology department should take the core literacy of the biology discipline of students as the starting point and the foothold.The 5E teaching mode consists of five links: attraction,inquiry,interpretation,migration and evaluation.It is an inquiry-based teaching mode that emphasizes the subjective status of students,and is consistent with the core literacy of biology.The author conducts high school biology teaching practice research based on 5E teaching mode,aiming at cultivating students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability,and improving the core literacy of students' biology disciplines.Through the method of literature research,the theoretical guidance is provided,and the feasibility and teaching content of the 5E teaching mode are determined through interviews,and the case content suitable for teaching is analyzed.On this basis,the practical study of the 5E teaching mode of one semester is carried out.Through the students' academic achievement and the test of the scientific literacy and interest degree questionnaire,the data is collected and the practical research results of the 5E teaching mode are obtained.Through the analysis of the questionnaires and academic achievements of the experimental group and the control group,the high school biology teaching practice research based on the 5E teaching mode can draw the following conclusions:(1)It is conducive to cultivating students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability,and improving students' biology.(2)It can improve students' interest and enthusiasm for biology classroom and biological knowledge,and help teachers to carry out effective teaching;(3)It is beneficial for students to master and apply biological knowledge and improve students' academic performance.Therefore,the author believes that the high school biology classroom based on the 5E teaching model is of great value to the development of students and the improvement of teachers' own qualities.Finally,reflect and summarize the problems found in the practice process,and put forward corresponding suggestions,in order to provide valuable guidance for the implementation of the 5E teaching mode.
