| With presentation of core qualities of geography in the newly revised geography curriculum standard for senior high school geography curriculum,there is a clear requirement for the cultivation of geography practical ability in geography teaching.As one of the core qualities of geography and a research hot spot,the cultivation of geographical practical ability has been paid more and more attention in recent years.With the local geographical resources contain great utilization value in teaching.It is of great significance to the development of geographical practice to study how to make use of local geographical resources to cultivate geographical practical ability.This is also the staring point of this paper.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case,analysis and comprehensive analysis.Taking Xunyang County,Shaanxi Province as an example.Firstly,the local geographical curriculum resources were analyzed in the study,and then,a series of visits to local schools were carried out to analyze the existing problems.According to the relevant theories of education and teaching,combining with the actual situation,the study integrated the existing local geographic resources and teaching conditions.The strategies of using local geographical curriculum resources are put forward.It mainly includes the principle of convenience,practice,perceptual intuition,and operability.Basic Survey and Classification of Local Geography Curriculum Resources in Xunyang county.And the basic principles of utilization are put forward.It mainly includes the targeted development and arrangement,the construction of geographic practice base and integrating into school activities.Finally,the related practical activities evaluation analysis are carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of the above strategies.This paper studies the utilization of local geography curriculum resources from the perspective of cultivating geographical practical ability,which can help schools to implement the basic requirements of geography curriculum standards,and provide the reference in promoting the reform of geography curriculum,which is also the ultimate goal of this paper. |
