To become a research-oriented teacher is the trend in the world.Under the guidance of the curriculum reform of basic education and the concept of cultivating the core competence of physics,the demand for teachers with good research ability has become a pressing issue in China's education reform.Research ability is not only one of the core competencies of research-oriented teachers,but also an integral part of the professional quality of teachers.For teachers,they should establish the concept of developing research ability and professional skills in an all-around way in the process of laying a solid foundation while in normal college,and when they are employed as teachers,they should actively explore and enhance their research ability in the process of carrying out scientific research.The paper,starting from the perspective of research ability of middle school physics teachers,guided by the theory of teacher professional development and the constructivist view of teaching,takes the author as the research subject and describes the author's personal experience to strike a chord with readers.Such an authentic experience and lessons learned may be an empirical reference point for teachers experiencing research processes and enhancing research ability.One part of this work,the section of rigid body rotation and vibration is taken as the example to discuss how to research the scientific work based textbook content,which can provide some references for synchronously improving the teaching ability and scientific research innovation ability of middle school teachers.In the scientific research work,the methods of literature review,data analysis and summary method were used to solve specific research problems.The property of excited states of even-even nuclei in A?70 mass region was deeply studied.The result shows that the property of excited states of nuclei is related to not only the number of nucleons,but also with angular momentum.Furthermore,it is found that the Se nucleus should be the phase transition point of the A?70 mass region from the spherical nucleus to the deformed nucleus,which can be helping to study the properties of the nucleus in this mass region.In the course of the research,the author got the scientific research exercise,and also achieved certain research results.The preliminary work has been published.The paper,drawing on the author's practical experience of extending curriculum teaching knowledge to basic research work,concludes that teachers' research innovation ability not only allow teachers to understand the teaching content more profoundly,but also enable students to understand the pieces of knowledge more thoroughly and play an important role in improving students' scientific literacy.In addition,the paper has also discussed the problems in the research practice of middle school teachers and the function of scientific research in making classroom teaching more effective,while providing suggestions on how to cultivate the research ability of middle school teachers as a frame of reference for training research-oriented teachers.
