The comprehensive quality of college students reflects the students' knowledge level,moral cultivation,cultural reserve and comprehensive ability,which are mainly reflected in moral education,intellectual education,ability,physical and mental quality and comprehensive quality.When carrying out quality education,Sichuan Posts and Telecommunications Vocational and Technical College combined with its own actual situation and characteristics of running a school,the country's first self-developed and completed the "Sichuan Posts and Telecommunications Vocational and Technical College Student Quality Education Documentary Manual",to achieve a multi-angle all-round accurate assessment,ahead of The evaluation programs of other universities have been approved by the Ministry of Education and have been invited to share.The manual has been used as a carrier and implementation vehicle for quality education in the Institute of Posts and Telecommunications.Although the current evaluation manual of the School of Posts and Telecommunications has achieved the national leading level,in the actual operation process,it is mainly implemented by issuing the “Handbook of Quality Education for Students of Sichuan Post and Telecommunications Vocational and Technical College”.In the process of implementing the comprehensive evaluation of quality education for college students,there are problems such as irregular scores,inadequate rule execution,and unfair score results.With the rapid development of computer network technology and the popularity of mobile terminal equipment,the traditional paper office has gradually not been replaced by computers,and the design and implementation of the student quality education comprehensive evaluation system can not only effectively save office expenses,but also effectively Improve work efficiency while ensuring fairness and accuracy of assessment results.In order to comprehensively improve the informationization of comprehensive quality education,it is proposed to build a network-based,technologically advanced student comprehensive quality evaluation system,and strive to help the school organization become the most intelligent handheld service expert on campus.The system is based on the dual operation of the WeChat end and the PC end.The PC side adopts the B/S architecture,that is,it can be used by logging in to the systemthrough a browser.The system leverages Spring MVC framework for web applications to effectively separate the business and control layers.This design uses the Redis database to store data in memory,which is faster to read and write,and has a very outstanding operational advantage in terms of performance.The thesis in this paper aims to build a comprehensive and advanced technology evaluation system for students' quality education,and strive to help the school to become the most intelligent handheld service expert on campus.The system has practical functions such as online publishing,approval and summarization of activities,online multi-dimensional operation of teachers' online scores and student activities,and fully meets the basic needs of the whole process of information quality service for students' quality education evaluation.After the system application goes online,it will further enhance the campus cohesiveness and sense of belonging,establish a new benchmark for campus culture,and show a new look.
