| The teacher-student relationship is the most common interpersonal relationship between students and teachers in daily life.It runs through the entire education and teaching activities and has a profound impact on students' learning and development.Academic performance is not only an important indicator of student learning,but also a major criterion for determining whether a student can continue to further studies or further studies.Therefore,it is extremely important to explore the relationship between teacher-student relationship and academic performance.The methods of this study include questionnaire survey method,interview method and literature method.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used to discuss the relationship between the teacher-student relationship and academic performance in three ordinary high schools in L City,Gansu Province.The teacherstudent relationship in the research refers to a psychological relationship that occurs between teachers and students in the daily behaviors such as education and teaching based on the teaching relationship between teachers and students.It is expressed as the cognition and emotion between teachers and students.And behavioral responses.The research tool is a self-made "High School Student Teacher-Student Relationship Questionnaire".After testing,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Through exploratory factor analysis,the teacher-student relationship is divided into four dimensions: intimacy,generality,avoidance,Conflicting.In SPSS.21.0 software,through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,to understand the basic situation of high school studentstudent relationship and academic performance,the degree of correlation between the two,and the impact of teacher-student relationship on academic performance.The research conclusions show that the overall relationship between teacher-student relationship of high school students shows a good trend,and the four dimensions of teacher-student relationship of high school students are significantly related to academic performance,respectively.All dimensions of teacher-student relationship of high school students can effectively predict academic performance,and intimate teachers and students Relationships can positively predict academic performance,and general teacher-student relationships,evasive teacher-student relationships,and conflicting teacher-student relationships can negatively predict academic performance.In the evasive teacher-student relationship and conflicting teacherstudent relationship,there is a phenomenon in which the poor teacher-student relationship affects academic performance,which is mainly manifested by the lack of emotional communication between teachers and students affecting academic performance;the disagreement between teachers and students caused by psychological problems in high school students The lack of teacher morality and student moral education affects academic performance;the lack of trust between teachers and students affects academic performance;the low professional quality of teachers affects the relationship between teachers and students,resulting in a decline in student academic performance.According to the research results,this article proposes countermeasures to improve teacher-student relationship and academic performance,including building trust and promoting emotional communication between teachers and students;strengthening students' mental health education and promoting harmonious development of teachers and students;strengthening teacher morality and student morality education,building Harmonious teacher-student relationship;from the perspective of teachers,build a caring teacher-student relationship;improve the professional quality of teachers and improve the bad teacher-student relationship. |
