Rule education is an important part of school education.It plays an important role in developing good behavior habits and personality qualities for children,and has important value and significance for the realization of children's free and comprehensive development.Rule education at the elementary school stage has a basic and guiding role in the development of a person's life.However,when implementing rule education in elementary schools,they often get stuck in a complicated real environment and deviate from their intended value direction,leading to the implementation of rule education in elementary schools.Facing many difficulties,it has affected children's growth and development.This research first expounded the value rationality of rule education from the academic level,and based on the life world theory and intersubjectivity theory,from the theoretical level,constructed the proper orientation of rule education in elementary school,and used it as an observation of the implementation of rule education in elementary school The theoretical basis of the situation.This study believes that rule education should return to the life world of children and return to individual children,in order to cultivate a comprehensive development of human value goals,rule education should also adhere to a suitable education concept,adhere to the understanding and care orientation,and demonstrate the true meaning of education,At the same time radiate the vitality of children's lives.This research enters the research site based on theoretical construction,through observation and interviews,masters and summarizes the main dilemmas faced in the implementation of elementary school rule education,and reflects on the possible reasons behind the dilemma from three aspects of ideology,objective environment and specific practice.And then propose a possible path of optimization.The study found that the implementation of primary school rule education mainly faces the following dilemmas: emphasis on "management" over "education",neglecting children's development needs;highlighting teacher leadership,neglecting children's subjectivity and initiative;rules have abstract content Sex and randomness,neglecting children's cognitive structure;dominated by preaching and command,lack of inter-subject communication;lack of scientific and appropriate education methods,ignoring children's personality characteristics;attaching importance to external behavior performance,lack of affection for children Concern;Educational evaluation is often in the form of lack of democracy and impartiality,which ultimately hinders the development of children's knowledge and action.After analyzing and reflecting on the problem,the study found that the reasons for the various dilemmas are complex.First of all,at the level of ideology: the one-sided view of children deviates from the child's spiritual world;the utilitarian education view dominated by technical rationality ignores the children's internal needs;the indifference of educational consciousness leads to the lack of educational nature of regular educational behaviors.At the level of the objective environment,excessive involvement of the media overwhelms the children's life world;the "random" family living environment leads to deviations in children's perception of the rules.At the specific practical level,the lack of equal dialogue leads to one-way interaction between teachers and students;the lack of teaching wit and enthusiasm leads to a lack of practical wisdom for teachers.After clarifying the dilemma and its causes,this study attempts to propose possible paths for optimization.At the level of ideology: establish a developmental view of children and education,and treat children with a developmental perspective;enhance the awareness of educational reflection and enhance the educational significance of practice.At the level of objective environment,strengthen home-school cooperation and mutual education to communicate the two worlds of home-school life;use leisure to build a learning-type family life atmosphere,and infect children with parents' rules and deeds.At the specific practical level,coordinate the tension between educational power and children's rights to achieve an equal dialogue between teachers and students;build a polyphony dialogue based on understanding to achieve a two-way interaction between teachers and students;guide by value principles and form teachers in practice wisdom.In this way,we look forward to providing children with better rules education,allowing children to get a better educational experience,and making children's lives develop in a holistic manner.
